Nice avatar LOL, could you find one a little more similar? I guess it is time for a change now anyways.

Are you serious?  You actually posted this?  WTF, really.........you have nothing better to do now that you've canceled your own project yet again?

It's not like Lee is doing a vinyl archive of the same stuff you were doing.........like anyone here is really trying to copy your project or be a DJ clone just to rattle your ronto....................yeesh, get a grip.

:(

WTF does this mean? who canceled what? I canceled nothing, you should pull your head out of your ass and read what you just quoted LOL, I mentioned nothing of canceling.

LPCM 5.1?
Time

I tried in Vegas already and it does the same thing to me as my other issue, the front left and right channels are made identical to the center and the surround left and right are like amped up, so Vegas sux in this department, or I am doing something wrong, which could very well be, I was hoping someone here has done this and can be more specific on how.

Need Vegas 9 audio Help.
Time

Well I just tried some more ideas from googling the web and nothing is working, Vegas F's up my wavs when rendering, it will NOT keep them the same, the center looks fine, but the right and left are identical to the center(which is wrong) and the surround right and left look all pumped up, but the LFE looks fine also, so what is happening to the other channels? I really need my new wavs LOL, I really want this to be DTS or even DTS HD like it was, if it was being muxed with DVD video I would just use Vegas and render a DD 5.1, but this is Blu-ray so I want the better audio.

PLEASE need help.

* I will share the audio when done to anyone who wants it.

Need Vegas 9 audio Help.
Time

OK so I edited my 6 mono wavs and now I am ready to encode my DTS file, so I need Vegas to render a new set of 6 mono wavs so I can feed them into my encoder, and this is where I hit a snag, I render each one out by itself, muting the others until ALL are done, then I open each of the newly rendered mono files to compare to the original and only the center is right, the fr & fl look different and there is nothing on the sl & sr & lfe, how can I get my new wav files from Vegas without Vegas F'ing them up?

Thanks

The Return of The Living Dead "Original" audio project. (Released)
Time

If this new DTS audio works out I am ditching the 2.0 and DD 5.1, there will be no need for these versions.

I am going to also do up the Return of The Living Dead II "original" audio as well, and going to edit back in the uncut scenes from the PAL uncut version of Return of The Living Dead III.

The ROTLD 2 & 3 projects will not get started until I finish the GOUT V3 and the 97 SE V2 though, but I am going to finish the ROTLD DTS audio since it is close to finished already, plus I needed a break from SW BAD!

Okay, I am starting to do some serious recording now.  I am doing it in 24 bit WAV format, making huge files and capturing every nuance.

Here's a question for anyone interested:

When I make the recordings available, should they be 24 bit WAV, 16 bit WAV, or FLAC?

If you can handle a big upload, I say keep them the best you can, I don't know about everyone else, but I would rather download a little bit bigger file and have it the best it can be.

Are there any Windows 7 64 bit users here that really know this system in and out? I have run into a problem that needs fixing before I can go on, I rendered the lossless avi for the V2 Jedi SE during the day today and tonight I go to see if it is done and it is, well now my PC is in compatibility mode(have no idea how it even got in that mode, VDub does not need it) and it will NOT get back out, so now VDub won't even load any scripts, my screen is just green, and Vegas needs to be back in 64 bit mode to work, and that is what I do all my audio work in, so PLEASE if anyone has any ideas, let them roll.

Before anyone asks, don't worry ALL files are backed up, they are going no where.

I am hoping this is something I can fix, because if I have to format and put everything back on again, that will be a bitch!

Hey, dark_jedi if you're fond of the sequel, the same kind of alterations has been made to that films audiotrack as well if you didn't know about that already.

And about SilverWooks' THX 1138 capture, are you still willing to help out with that? maybe you guys have spoken about it already... it would be great.

Yes I am familiar with the audio in part 2 as well and already have the original audio, maybe I might do something with this, not sure.

and as far as THX 1138, I am still thinking about it.

OH and when this is done, I am probably going to keep the video 1080p and make a BD9 out of this, I will be using BD-RB(latest build) and if any of you are familiar with this software, you would know that jdobbs knows his shit, this program makes BEAUTIFUL copies, so can everyone here play BD9's?

I say leave the 5.1 DTS-HD as it is, but yes, do include the REAL original mono track and possibly add the TV Spots from the R1 2002 release. P.S. Love the movie too! ^_^

I am not going to leave the 5.1 DTS-HD on it because it is not the right audio, besides that is already on the Blu-ray, and the TV spots won't be on there because all I am wanting to do is preserve the original audio in 2.0 & 5.1 with the best video we have, the Blu-ray.

In the meantime I have actually been finishing up the SE V2 set and now my new Return of The Living Dead project LOL.

WOAHwoahwoah!!! What's this about a ROTLD project?!

I am sync'ing the original theatrical audio to the Blu-ray, and it will be in DD 2.0 & 5.1, this is my Star Wars break.

It's looking like I might have the 5.1 audio done tonight.

ALL 3 will be released together, and the V3 set will go to the people that helped me out by sending some cake boxes of Verbatim DL's first, because I had NO DL's to test, and these NEED to be tested well before being released, they have a lot of extra audio on them and ESB also has a bonus, so I need these to be right before I upload.

OK I have all the scenes I need where the audio is different and I cleaned it up and boosted the volume and gave them life, then I used DrM's new 5.1 upmix guide and upmixed Tarman's part(and ALL other parts) and edited it back into the 5.1 Blu-ray mix, which was DTS HD Master audio 5.1 downmixed to DD 5.1 @ 448 and it sounds like it is supoosed to be there, damn I can't wait to finish this, this will be the first time ever to have the original mix in 5.1!, granted I run into no problems LOL.

well that is where I am at if anyone is following this.

Progress has actually stopped until g-force releases his Jedi script, plus I still have to sync the theatrical and home remix LD audio for Jedi, but the other 2 are pretty much ready to rock and roll.

In the meantime I have actually been finishing up the SE V2 set and now my new Return of The Living Dead project LOL.
