But to answer to your question when at the event is the breakoff point of the OOT speculation. Simple. Either the moment the topic is possibly addressed at the event or the second the event ends and people realize that not once was the topic addressed. As far as speculation on this site. That ain’t gonna end whether you you like it or not!

I think he’s referring to showing Coruscant at the end of ROTJ but since it pre-dates the PT it technically wouldn’t qualify as a PT reference unless there’s some George Lucas quote SE time that mentions that this unseen planet from the OUT would in fact be seen in the PT.

Agreed. A new petition I don’t think will help as much at this stage. What nickyd47 said plus the media attention Harmy’s and TN1’s work has gotten really should be enough to show that a proper restoration of the OUT is still eagerly awaited by many. It’s just a matter of if/when they wanna comply.
