I want Harmy to come to my house and tell me what he did as it plays on the screen.
I want Harmy to come to my Dad’s birthday party.
The party is this weekend. I hope he can make it by then!
Is this still available? I can’t find it.
http://www.makemkv.com/You may need to use the beta key as I have to make it work(to use go to help>register in the client’s toolbar):
http://www.makemkv.com/forum2/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=1053The dev says the key expires November 2016 so we’d all better make the most of it.
Every time they update it, the expiration is pushed back. Don’t worry about having to pay for it.
Raiders of the Lost Jager - that’s my kind of movie.
Lol my bad I didn’t read the lossless part of your post. Nah, it’s still in DD.
I also have a suggestion to make a lossless version (either DTS-HD Master Audio or LPCM) of the isolated score for each movie.
It can really please the audiophiles who want to watch the movie with the isolated score and don’t want it to be in plain lossy Dolby Digital.
Already there
I think that would be good for the absolute final version of 3.x since all three films would be completely despecialized at that point. That way Harmy could potentially talk about each part as it went through all versions of DeEd.
That grain is damn fine

Your frame comparisons are very helpful. Can you make them PNGs or at least try to alleviate some of that macroblocking in the blacks?
The images I upload are PNGs. I’d assume any problems are either caused by the website compressing the image(if it does that) or either handbrake which I use to extract the clip in the first place or the video editing software I use.
Handbrake is bad about compression in my past experience.

Hello, I am interested in this.
Why was this topic abandoned for 4 years?
They were made available on usenet
So back to my original question, is it possible to match the colors of the 35mm DVD to the HD 16mm transfer and sync it to the laserdisc with LD audio?
is it possible to edit the iso to replace it with my “a new hope” version of 2.7?
You’ll have to ask you. 😉
But he is me! And I am you!
Wow! So there is an HDTV broadcast of the IMAX scenes? Where did this come from?
Not sure if I’ve asked this before or not so apologies. What source is the best color reference for Aliens?
Valve time? I dunno about that. I think we’ll start getting Despecialized 3.0 versions before Valve can count to 3.
Alright, you win the Internet today.
Is there a way somebody can color match the 35mm Technicolor palette to the 16mm 1080p scan and add the Japanese Laserdisc audio? (Just the right channel that has the English mono mix).
Will it be done by this weekend? I want to watch it with my dad.
Also, are the skin tones correct?
Schorman was working on such a project, but he has been busy with life I assume.

From my research, these are probably gonna be the best choices for Laserdisc audio. These are the 1991 Widescreen Edition re-releases. VI has THX audio, so I don’t know if it’s a remix or not. Not familiar enough with Star Trek to comment on that sort of thing, but when projects have Laserdisc audio I pay attention lol.
I’d definitely like to see a properly color graded BD50 of this. Perhaps combine it with the previous project based on the movie and use laserdisc audio. That’d be the end-all, be-all right there.
Maybe the Japanese Laserdisc would have better audio, but it still commands crazy high prices even today.

The 1989 LD has Dolby Surround English audio, while the 1998 one has only mono. I wonder what audio tracks were used in that project of the Australian BD with all the bonus features here.
Is it possible to purchase a 70mm print outright?
Hell, open the audio in MeGUI’s eac3to and you can change the speed and pitch so it sounds right.
