in the end it was alot funner to speculate, they had another write up from a cd rom from the mid 90s as well that was just perfect even though it was only a few paragraphs. it was considered canon at the time. its the one where owen is bens brother, anakin was a navigator, until obi wan found him to fight in the clone wars. just felt more in tune with how the OT was

why do i feel so much more affection to something as bad the holiday special and not to the prequels. i know why because the holiday special were inadvertantly bad while the prequels were made bad on purpose
