Are you talking about the fourth tape in the hologram box? That's "From Star Wars To Jedi." Several people offer that on DVD here, so don't waste your time re-transferring it.

For me, it wasn't so much the fact that there were more creatures, it was just that they were thrown together. There didn't seem to be much sense behind it beyond, "Oh, let's put that guy there" and so on. Not to mention that many of the creatures aren't real... that diminishes their effect.

Another possibility is that the Empire has been known in the EU to dislike aliens. Maybe there was a genocide of sorts between the prequels and the OT?

That is weird it plays fine on my PC and I seeded these - If your VOB's are damaged that's gonna be on your end somehow - MAYBE you had to restart your PC while the torrent was running or something.........


Now that you mention it I think it did that once. Well, looks like its back to square one. I'll have to be a bit more careful now. Thanks guys.

I've worked with film projects before. I can have access to a GL-2 and a good sound system, as well as lights, etc. I suppose if I really tried I know a guy who can get HD cameras.

I could go to our community college and speak with the film teacher about some of the changes. And I have a lot of friends that are Star Wars fans as well.

As for Lucas interviews, I could watch the Maltin interviews from the THX editions and pull some things out of there. It won't be about the SEs, but we can probably get some good stuff.
