I assume you meant the "selfish ungrateful babies" comment which is more a description of the attitudes than "namecalling".

Splitting hairs.

You said "Those who are [doing x] are just being selfish, ungrateful babies." Those are words bound to aggravate anyone who said they'd rather not download a 25 GB file, as well as guys like me who just don't like to see flaming on OT.com.

Though how that would cause my point to lose its validity and make you no longer agree with me at that point...I have no idea.

I said I agreed with you up until that point, meaning I don't agree with your assessment of those who expressed their opinion, nor with your choice of wording. It was unnecessary and uncivil, by most standards.

That's all. Sorry to go off-topic.

What are your favorite OT documentaries?

Thanks for the great responses. I haven't seen Empire of Dreams, but then I never bought the 2004 DVD set.

I'm glad to see most of the documentaries you guys have mentioned are included on RowMan's laserdisc set.

My favorite is The Making of the Empire Strikes Back. But nobody can find it nowadays. When I was a kid I wore that tape out!

Is this the one you're talking about? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NqzfTD2ZGpM

Thanks, Ziggy. Looks like all three of those are on RowMan's set. I added Return of the Ewok to the shelf too. It's a great short film. Hopefully one day the reel will manage to be properly transferred and released. Maybe on the Blu-Ray set... (hopes definitely not up).

Also added Star Tours. I loved that ride as a kid. Plus, the C-3PO rap and Star Wars ballet are laughably bad.

Watching Building Empire. Truly fantastic documentary, can't believe I haven't seen it yet.

Does anyone know if the asteroid that blows up too early has been fixed?

I know the audio is yet to be started, but for the first time I noticed some problems with the sound effect of the MF's cockpit door opening and closing. Sometimes the timing is off, sometimes the audio is missing entirely. Is this being fixed?

In an age of hard-drives/ps3's etc, menus are a bit old fashioned.....waste of time & effort.....don't see menus in the cinema.

Cinemas don't give you access to scene selection or bonus features like alternate audio tracks and subtitles either. I want those features on my home theater collection, though. Yes, I can access subtitles and audio tracks with a button during playback, but if I want to jump to a specific scene, a menu up front is easier than hitting "Skip" 15 times.

I wish I could present you an award for The First Person To Spell "Bated Breath" Properly That I've Seen On The Internet. It's a wordy award, I know. The engraving is going to cost a fortune.
