STAR WARS: EP V "REVISITED EDITION"ADYWAN - 12GB 1080p MP4 VERSION AVAILABLE NOW

Um....eyes can move left to right without the head moving. We are seeing Han from the back when he says "Yeah, that'll do nicely." Maybe he's glancing at the cave with his peripheral vision but needs to stay focused on working some control on the console.

You fixed the timing of the lines, that's enough. Don't over-think the rest of it.

OpenGL features (apart the rotated canvas ) suck.

This I just plain don't understand - what's OpenGL, and what features are these that (apparently) suck?

OpenGL is one of the two kinds of programming that video cards use to run 3D graphics and some transparency oriented functions. The other method is Direct3D.

STAR WARS: EP IV 2004 REVISITED ADYWAN *1080p HD VERSION NOW IN PRODUCTION
Time

Which shot? I know something minor changed because the timing of the text commentary at the end credits is different - on the 5 when Ady's name comes up, in the text commentary he says "Hey! That's me!" but on the 9, the timing is off and "Hey! That's me!" comes up at Harrison Ford's credit.

That looks very nice indeed. I like the clolour correction, or rather alteration in this case, and the blue laser works great against your new sky.

As for the position of the sun, the Falcon is pretty much heading in the same direction, save the odd artistic flourish to send it through a nearby cloud etc. I still disagree with Adywan's argument that the sun is in the same position except in the two shots where it is behind Cloud City. The backlit clouds are inconsistent, and really, backlighting for me doesn't take precedence over the shots where the sun is actually visible.

As for the SE shots of the Falcon flying through the city, who's to say which side of the city Platform 327 is on? This thing is circular, so there is no proof of which side the sun should be in those shots.

well its pretty logical that the falcon wouldn't fly towards the city, then when it reaches the buildings does a 360o turn so that the sun is in the position it shows in the approach shot, then does another 90o turn as it reaches the platform. That makes no sense whatsoever.

Maybe not a full circle, but it seems clear that they're at least moving in a somewhat circular course guided by the cloud cars until they get landing clearance and are told where the platform is, so if the sun is shifting positions thru the sequence, so be it.

I was watching Back to the Future...
Time

Ok, the main disc of the individual release is exactly the same as in the box set. All the new material is on disc 2, which is as follows:

BTTF:The Ride - all the ride footage from the Lobby and the Ride itself

Looking Back at the Future - new retrospective documentary

BTTF Night - Hosted by Leslie Nielsen. Bits that were in commercial breaks during the first NBC airing of BTTF

Q&A with Michael J. Fox

But anyway, I don't really care who wrote it, I just know it's the best written of all six Star Wars movies, and the best directed.

Yeah, but we also know about Lucas' obsession with "revisionist history", so there could be more Brackett there than most people believe.
