Yep, maximum 32 tracks on a Blu-ray disc. And yeah 720p24 is weird. It’d BD-compliant, but it’s not an HDMI-supported resolution, so all players do some sort of conversion before sending to a display – ideally upscaled to 1080p24, but many players are less than ideal, so you never quite know for sure.
AFAIK, there is no 720p24 standard in the HDTV specifications, but this limit is not related to HDMI. Could you please tell me more about the HDMI-supported resolutions?

Now I hope I’m proven wrong, but there is every likelihood that this recent marathon Anderson-Isner semifinal is just as likely to have ruined the final.
Surely they could set things up so that is a full day’s rest between the semifinal and final.
One day’s rest is insufficient recovery time after an 11-hour match. (that was the length of the Mahut-Isner match)

720p24 does invite player problems because it can’t be transmitted over HDMI natively.
Are you sure? I never heard that HDMI cannot transmit 720p24.
Anyway, the two half-frames of Rebel1990’s screenshot are #166 974 and #166 988, so it seems that there is a gap of 14 frames in his version. So it is more than probably an error during the encoding made by his friend.

I just checked, there is no such encoding error in the “official” mkv v2.7. So this issue must come from your friend’s encoding.
Congratulations to Belgium - well worth their 2-0 win vs England today (and should have been a wider scoreline).
England really didn’t going until around 70 mins - a bit of pressure and some decent set-pieces - though a way off the movement, quality and awareness of a better Belgium team throughout.

Here in Belgium, we found Neymar’s attitude extremely condescending, and his “talent” totally overrated. It seems that he spent a total of 14 minutes on the ground… 14 minutes without playing football!
I am even more sorry for you because with a little more respect for Belgium, Brazil would certainly have won this game.
There was a real difference in preparation for this match: on the Belgian side, we worked a new tactic, moved all players in a different place, and worked hard for 2 days to make that working.
On the Brazilian side, however, the team gave the impression that you were so sure of winning, that no one prepared anything at all.
