I just read it and now my dick and butt hurt.

I used to work in the operating department of a hospital and have seen some pretty amazing stuff, including a face lift being done, a beating heart in a man's open chest, and loads more stuff, all happening live in front of my eyes. Once, during a hip replacemnet operation, I was splattered with blood as the surgeon chiselled away at the bone. None of this had any effect on me, maybe because it was done in a sterile and controlled environment. The only thing that ever really made me go 'ouch' was the sight of a pipe wider than a mcdonald's straw being inserted into a patients penis to allow blood to drain from his bladder.

Dayv, your story is horrible. I really sympathise with you and your friends (both the one who died and the other one).

I had two terrifying and crazy dreams last night, although they were terrifying and crazy for 2 very different reasons.

The first was about an Alien invasion. These Aliens were flying overhead in their ships abducting anybody foolish enough to not be hiding by literally sucking them from earth into their ships. What they proceeded to do with these abductees was anybody’s guess but it was no doubt gruesome and diabolical. During one scene from the dream I was in a car with my aunt on a rare venture onto the streets of London (the alien ships would sometimes go away for a while during which time it was safe to go outdoors and collect whatever supplies you needed, but they could return at any moment so you have to be quick). My aunt and I were driving along when the Aliens returned and started sucking people and cars into the sky. We raced around the streets, evading the ships and desperately looking for somewhere to hide, eventually taking refuge in an underground parking lot. In another scene, the house I was staying in (a sort of free-for-all community refuge where everybody lives together in unity - quite nice really) was targeted by the Aliens so one of the older community members sacrificed herself to save the rest of us by stepping outdoors and walking into the trees outside where she was ripped apart by an Alien who had come down to the surface. When he was done the alien floated back up into the sky with the woman’s bloody arm hanging from his jaws. The whole dream was fucking creepy and scary, and better than any movie.

The second dream was a bit more down to earth, but still out there in it’s own way. Remember when you were a child and you were sick so you would stay home from school but because your parents had to work you would go and stay with someone for the day, maybe a family friend or an uncle or something? Well that’s what happened to me in this dream, except I wasn’t a child, I was my current age (24) and the person looking after me was my ex-girlfriends mother! Obviously this dream is personal to me so you probably won’t understand it, but basically I dated this girl for 4 years, I was like one of the family, but I was never really satisfied and I eventually built up the courage to make my escape and break up with her, breaking her heart in the process (yes, I was a bastard, but it was the best thing to do in the long run). Anyway, I spent the day with this girl’s Mum, and she was really kind, despite what I had done, and I wasn’t sure if she was sincere (maybe she hoped me and her daughter would get back together) or maybe she hated me on the inside and was planning something. I also spent the day with a crippling sense of inpending doom fearing that the daughter (my ex) would arrive home from work before my Mum collected me so there would be an awkward reunion. Very scary stuff.

I hate when people refer to people who lean to the political left as 'Commies'.
I also hate the fact that Communism is tarred by the brush of those who abused and distorted it for evil (Stalin, etc) when the ideology itself is a good one. Here's a thought - read a book about the actual ideology of Communism, not the people who jumped on it.

And if any one of you now decides to call me a 'Commie' you will be proving my point, so don't bother.

The Furer features as himself in ‘Herrliche Zeiten’, which features Charlie Chaplin, also appearing as himself. Charlie Chaplin’s final acting role was a cameo in ‘A Countess From Hong Kong, which he also directed, which starred Marlon Brando, who also starred in Apocolypse now, which featured Harrison Ford as, fittingly, Colonel Lucas.

This probably isn't all that hard, but I'm interested to see: John Lennon.

There was a Q-like gadget dispensing guy, but he wasn't played by Atkison. Atkinson played a comic relief character who was trying to catch Bond out, or something.

OK, I just checked IMDB - THe gadget guy is called 'Q' Algy. That rings a bell, I think Bond called him 'Algy', not Q, but his official title was Q. He was played by Alex McCowen.
