Whatever happened to the Devil?
He used to be in all those cool movies in the seventies (he even did a bit of the old porno), his career took a bit of a nose dive in the eighties and he has since largely dropped off the map.
Come back Satan all is forgiven.
It was ultimately his failure here that sent him underground, so to speak.
Fap.
Also I feel that threads that require typing may be somewhat exclusionary towards Twist. =P
I also submit "Twist" as a second slightly-naughty word.
Okay, I can see that. But I feel like Predators had a much deeper plot than Predator or Predator 2 (which I also really liked). I think the twist had a lot to do with that, since I wasn't expecting it (though I should have been).
I hope they do a sequel.

Count me on the opposite then; I prefer the moody, dark blues and greys of the Thrown Room. It's always been among my favorite sets in the film. Really, it's the forest battle that tends to bore me.
Well, perhaps not as bright as the screenshot there, but at least bright enough that you can see the details in the set. Otherwise they might as well be fighting in a room with four matte-black walls. Certainly you want to keep the mood and the gravity of the situation.
Who? What?

Predators... easily the best in the franchise.
Are you on drugs?
Are you implying that the schlockfests that were Predator or Predator 2 might have been better?

I gotta admit, the grainless versions look sharp as shit. But they just lack texture... that certain something. I dunno.
It's only so sharp BECAUSE all the detail got stripped out. Besides texture that "detail" was in fact fuzziness around softer edges. And those filters basically pinch those fuzzy edges together into sharp contours, while removing the detail in that process. Also the noise removal removed details that weren't film grain. Its not desirable at all!
I agree.
I'm kinda with Bingo on this. I think that shot looks really great because everything isn't all washed out. It's a lot more visually interesting.

Wow, previously I'd only seen the one angle of the beheading. Very cool.
Thanks bro.
GOD DAMMIT LASERSCHWERT.
Well at least mine has links. Hrmp.

LOL. I love that, as a celebrity, he's actually acting out his opinion, being melodramatic as in his movies. Where did he post that?
It's actually his reaction to TPM from the TV show Spaced, which is great.

Probably a scene from that mouse movie he's obsessed with...

Maybe a bit of overkill, but I understand the sentiment.

Dunno if you noticed, but this is the 21st century.

It wasn't until I opened it to start editing that it begin to swim. @_@
Doubt it'll be up there long now.
It was a bad joke. =/
