I bet you don't make it to the end of the second video.
I bet you don't make it to the end of the second video.
No generic trailer has ever been more generic than that one.
Bingo you should just write your family off. <_<

It was my first time in Minecraft and I found a small village. I went into the butcher shop where a couple of villagers were talking, they looked at me but continued their conversation. Night soon fell and zombies were literally swarming all around the house. I didn't come well-prepared, all I had was a worn stone pick-axe. I thought I would be the big hero and save the villagers. So I opened the door.
I was swinging away at the zombies with my pick-axe as they pushed into the shop. There must have been 5 or 6 of them. I was overwhelmed and I died. I ran back as fast as I could. The shop was now empty, the village wiped out. I felt as if I had committed genocide. It was the most stupid and classic mistake to make in a zombie situation. I feel well-prepared now.
Back when I started Minecraft there were barely even blocks!
No.
This is getting out of hand. Now there are too many of them.
Yeah, Han was about perfect.
And you bring up a good point that I had also noticed and had got me thinking while listening to it: there's WAY too much reuse of OT lines in Star Wars stuff. The EU and whatnot. Way too much of that going on.
Well to be fair, they are wusses.
But then, not everyone can be of the Glorious PC Gaming Master Race.
Massively mentally disturbed guy, likely. Sounds like no small amount of paranoia going on there. Schizophrenia?

I do like ESB a lot... it's a great movie, but for me, it's not even close to SW. Gonna be totally honest here- and I swear I'm not trying to troll anyone... I'm not a fan of Vader being Luke's father- in fact I think it's kind of silly and takes everything to soap-opera land. I often wonder what other SW movies could've been like if Vader was not Luke's dad. The universe would've been much bigger, that's for sure.
Several people here also think that way.
While I certainly like Empire most of all, I would also love to see an alternate version of the universe where Vader is just Vader. And I totally agree about the shrinking universe thing... I would never have made Luke and Leia siblings; Vader being Luke's father was crazy and gut-wrenching and added whole new levels and elements and purpose to Luke's story, but Leia being Luke's sister is just kinda... meh. Seen it. And it definitely shrinks the galaxy way too much.
At the same time, though, I've come to love Star Wars so much for what it is that it's hard to think of such a major plot point not existing.
Haha. I usually only give unsolicited advice that nobody really wanted.
I'm gonna go with a holiday theme as well!

I think what it really comes down to is whether you are looking for the good or the bad when you're watching these movies. With the prequels, the lameness tends to override the good parts when you are trying to enjoy them, but watching ROTJ, there is so much good here if you are looking for it and not ways to tear it down.
The thing is that it's cool while I'm watching it, but then if I start to analyze it after it's over, it just gets worse and worse as a film.
It's a fun film. It's not bad. It's certainly not worse than the prequels (though I can see where people would think that, considering it shares company with the two greats of the saga, which makes its flaws stand out more; whereas Clones and Sith share company with the heavily reviled prequels, which blunts the crappiness to a point), but the more you think about it and compare it to the other two films in the OT, the worse it seems.

Lots of things.
Yeah, sounds like a tinge of social anxiety, and I honestly think everyone has that to a degree, and it just depends on how they deal with it.
A lot of the loud, center-of-attention types have it, and so they deal with it by being loud and the center-of-attention to deal with it. A lot of people introvert instead, though, and that's how I am despite my "natural talent" with socializing; but it really comes down to how you deal with it.
To expand on my earlier post, which might sound contradictory but really does fit in with what I had said before; I certainly have my own social anxiety stuff; I do a lot of wandering eyes when I'm talking to someone if I'm not paying attention (I pass that off as being "situationally aware", though, since my head is always on a swivel anyway; ain't nobody gonna catch me off-guard!), and if I'm not thinking, I'll automatically go out of my way to avoid situations where I might have to talk to people/have certain types of interaction with them, be it talking on the phone (which I dislike), or possibly running into someone I know, or meeting new people, or talking to desk clerks and whatnot (there's probably more than that, but you get the gist); after thinking about it some,I realized that the thing is that I don't do it because I want to, or because I like it or whatever, I just do it on a subconscious level, because it's easier; I feel the pang of anxiety and suddenly my feet are moving in a different direction (literally or figuratively).
I do this thing, and this goes for basically every aspect of my life, where I overthink things and psych myself out; big exams, new experiences, interactions with people that I know are coming, et cetera. What I do, and what works for me (which means your mileage may vary) is that if I catch myself doing it, if I'm about to walk through a place and see someone I know, and feel that anxiety (what if they want to talk, what if I say something dumb, what if...) and recognize it, I force myself to keep going and "risk" that interaction.
I've found that talking to people is like learning anything that's difficult; for awhile you have to think about what you're doing until you're practised enough that it just happens. You gotta force yourself to make eye contact, to think about what you're saying, to make sure your arms aren't flailing about wildly until it just happens naturally.
Eventually you come to the realization that about 90% of life is about forcing yourself to do stuff you don't want to do, or stuff that it would be easier to just ignore and not do, and eventually you realize that you start just doing it and it's not even a big deal anymore; humans are very adaptable.
I am unsurprised by this news.
Though I think people may just be pansies. I see stuff in 60fps all the time!

As for fans who think Return of the Jedi is no good... what are they a fan of? One movie of six? One movie of a trilogy? Or one and a half because the first is still O.K.? Is that Star Wars? It isn't. It's just one (and a half) movie that happens to be a part of a saga. I have high standards myself but these expectations is getting beyond ridicoulos.
I think the general idea is that SW and Empire are great, Jedi is tolerable due to its venerable status (and that it's still better than the prequels), and the prequels suck.
I think the vast majority of users here are only fans of three of the six movies, how is that any less silly than only being fans of two?
I never understand why various people say it's "trendy" to feel this or that way about Star Wars. I don't think anyone else's idea of the films has influenced my personal like/dislike of one film or another; Jedi unfortunately just isn't as good as the previous two films, just like the Prequels weren't as good as the previous three films, and I think that's a fairly objective conclusion that many people have come to on their own, independently.

All I know is he was incredibly annoying kiss-ass to listen to in the prequel special features and commentaries.
I found Joe Letteri defending the dried banana turd CGI Jabba much more annoying personally.
JOE LETTERI: We wanted people to think there was a giant banana turd on set with Harrison Ford and we just photographed him stepping in it.
Yeah, that was pretty egregious.
I dunno!

Are there any movies, or TV shows that depict a "zombie outbreak"?
I would like to do more research before stocking up on food, etc..
All of them.
Yeah, I remember when the best Lego "sets" were just the big buckets of Legos. I don't think you can even buy those in stores anymore.
A big problem is that now, in just about every set, there are so many of the huge, specially-formed, only-good-for-one-thing pieces that it really discourages creative thinking/ability.
The sets are still cool and fun, don't get me wrong, but it's just not the same.
