The thing about indulging compulsions is that in doing so, you give them control. A city with walls is always more difficult to enter than one without.
You know what you need to do (which is walk away from things that inflame your compulsions), because you say as much in these posts. I know it’s not nearly as simple as “just doing it”, but you can’t allow it to walk all over you.
Please show your therapist the post you just wrote, as I think it’s important.
Sigh.
The thing about this stuff is that unlike the quicksand we see in movies, the more you fight it, the closer you come to getting out.

A very thrilling encounter with the Rex with Muldoon and Gennaro (which reminds me a lot of Dodgson’s encounter with same in The Lost World), a very thrilling encounter with the Rex for Grant, Tim, and Lex, and they turn the power off!
The action with Muldoon and the Rex was very interesting and different. Would have been interesting to see that on the screen. Also it looks like they’re skipping the waterfall and golf cart section of Grant’s journey with the kids, Having them be seen on the cameras is also quite different.

Hallucinogens are more or less a Russian Roulette situation, it doesn’t really matter what you’re looking for, it can still cause massive brain damage in one usage, and if you have any pre-existing mental health conditions, it can exacerbate them exponentially.
I’m not here to tell you what to do or not do, but just be aware that you may permanently break yourself.
There are no free lunches in nature.
Cancellations suck, but just hang in there! We all have our sick days (or whatever).
