I’m pretty sure it’s more connected to the “soul” of the Jedi rather than how they felt at the time.

Clones.
Get back inside, Frink!
Why isn’t this done yet?
I’m ready to watch this now. And I’m afraid I’m going to have to insist.
Yeah he should just release it unfinished so we can all complain about it not being finished.
IT’S MY RIGHT TO SEE THIS WHEN I SO DECIDE IT’S READY TO BE SEEN!
I don’t know much about fan edits of the Prequels, but I’d suggest the Clone Wars cartoon. It’s on Netflix (in America at least) and it’s great for kids, and as the series progresses, it’s quite good for adults.
Yeah, i would certainly recommend this as well as rebels
For sure, but definitely start with The Clone Wars, as it sets up some big stuff in Rebels.
I would probably suggest going with an official release of the Prequels, as well, considering there’s so much work to do to “save” them, a lot of stuff is likely cut out or edited heavily which would result in something that might be confusing for the kiddies.

A masterpiece.

Man, thanks for posting that. I just watched the whole thing and it’s incredibly interesting.
It’s Japanese, ours is not to understand.
Er… well… I don’t think there was ever a plan to replace the Yoda in the OT with CGI. Not one that I ever heard, at least.
It seems a lot better now. I really think just bumping the font up a lot made it all mesh much better.
btw: dig the new quote designs. I hated the bigass quote trains that would happen in some threads (to the points that I wouldn’t quote in certain situations) and the expand button and dividers are fantastic. Great work.
There’s always Revisited!
lol Bingo.
“He’s kind of a strange old hermit.” Regarding Obi-Wan.
“I wonder who she is. It sounds like she’s in trouble.” Regarding Padme.
“I’ll be right there, Aunt Beru.” Regarding the future?
Not really funny, but blue skying.
Yeah I’m reading the script now.
Inhumans is still happening from what I heard, just moved back quite a bit.
Skrull Invasion confirmed?!
I wasn’t really sure where to post this, but it is related to the new EU.
Pablo Hidalgo posted this on twitter.
I actually heard him say that on one of the panels on YouTube in Celebration Europe. It’s actually really cool. I like it.
Rian Johnson on the set of Rogue One.There’s also this new picture, but it’s not particularly interesting, well, unless a minor addition to uniforms get’s you exited (apparently trenchcoats was newsworthy for someone); https://pbs.twimg.com/media/CoftzhNVIAAm4by.jpg
Nice.
I think that that second picture is really interesting, actually. In fact, I love it. It just screams “Star Wars” to me. It’s like an old McQuarrie concept, almost, and it just feels right.

I agree that he presents better as a puppet than as CGI, but the puppet itself could have been much better.
Shrug, I have no idea. I never had any issues being out late as a teenager haha. Maybe there were laws but nobody enforced them here. Other people might have had different experiences, and I’d be interested to see them chime in!
Are they? I was a teen out late many a time and never had any issues.
DAMN.
Back to the drawing board.
LUKE
The walls are moving!

Don’t just stand there. Try to brace it with something. It might not work out in practice, but imagining them saying this while Padme’s giving birth made me laugh pretty hard.
Yeah, that’s what I was thinking of as well. Things for the babies to say/think as they’re being delivered.
ILM did the effects for both films, actually.
I actually like the look of the puppets and whatnot. They add a lot of charm for me, even if they were limited in function, the realism of a practical prop just feels more real to me than any CGI could, even to me. A decent puppet looks more real to me than a great CGI effect, is what I’m trying to say, I guess.
Either way, interesting viewpoint.
