I didn't see this covered, but I apologize if I've missed something.

I've always been annoyed at the voice telling 3PO "Who are you" sounding so unlike a strom trooper. I mean, I do understand that the intention behind it was probably to not ruin the reveal for the audience that the Empire was already on Bespin. But the voice just sounds a bit silly, all gruff and weird. Besides, I don't think a normal storm trooper voice would be immidiately recognizeble, especially since they haven't been heard since ANH, so I don't se any harm in adding that.

Or, if keeping the reveal at all costs is a high priority, the voice could be changed to a normal person's voice, implying that the line is spoken by an imperial officer. I'd be happy so long as anything is done to it.

This is being fixed. The original voice is being restored. To hear how it will sound in Ady's ESB:R, watch from 3:36 in this video:

MONTAGE!!!!!

:p upgrades look super sweet Ady!

after watching that, i noticed how annoying the saber sounds are in the ROTJ duel. like nails on a chalkboard

The sabers do sound different from the rest of the saga, and not in a good way. They sound excessively "wheezy," if you know what I mean.

I've always wondered how Yoda taught Luke his lightsaber skills, and wondered if it would be possible (or desireable) to add a little scene, just a couple of seconds worth in a sort of training "montage" of sorts, of Yoda and Luke sparring with sabers.  Perhaps some grabs of footage from the prequels of Yoda fighting, combined with some footage from ESB of Luke fighting, super-imposed on a suitable Degobah background.

No. This is completely unnecessary. Besides, it would not fit into the film at all.

Ady, I'm fairly sure this wasn't mentioned: In the film's climactic moment, when Vader says "No, I am your father," you can see that in the very last second of that shot, the footage of Darth Vader was played back in reverse, kinda like the scene of the Tusken Raider swinging his gaffi stick over his head in ANH. Will this be fixed, Ady?

Yeh, thats been fixed

Awesome. I've always noticed that, and it just kinda cheapens the most climactic part of the movie. I'm glad it's fixed.

I wonder why the Tusken Raider shake wasn't fixed (Not that I have a problem with it staying in ANH:R).

Something that bothered me in the trailer was the new background in the Hoth trench scene. It might be because I'm not used to it, but it felt fake, like it was too much in focus or because there was too much grain.

Here's a comparison, with the last pic having a blurred background.

I completely agree. I mentioned this a while ago, but no one replied. The new background looks a bit too "flat" (should have some more shadows) and should be more blurred. Otherwise, its a great way to restore continuity.

I haven't continued yet... do we have a head line?

I guess it would need to be short and snappy?       DR. JONES

                                                                                   VINDYCATED!

                                                                                              or

                                                                                              or

                                                                                    LOCAL HERO

                                                                                   VINDYCATED!

                                                                                              or

                                                                                          HERO

                                                                                       TO WED!

Anyone else?

I don't think the public knows Dr. Henry Jones, Jr. as "Indiana," so, I don't think using "Indy" in the headline would work.

I think his point is that Indy should only be 57 or 58 in the movie, but Ford was 64 or 65 during filming. So yes, it's Ford's real hair color, but it's his real hair color at 65, not 57.

Check out "What Lies Beneath", which Ford made when he was 57...almost as grey as it is now.  I don't think the difference is particularly noticeable.   ...certainly not noticeable enough for the gigantic effort it would take to re-color it properly.

...IMO.

 I agree.

After looking at the revised list of what will be changed, this one:

8. Fixing vaders "wobbly" helmet when on the gantry

isn't all that necessary because it makes sense that it moves a little:

When Vader fell off the platform, his helmet is clearly bent and crooked when he returns to throw objects at Luke. It wouldn't really be a fix to stop it from moving in the high winds during that scene.

I'm actually very glad that Ady fixed this. It looks a bit distracting and silly, and Vader's helmet should be locked down tight, judging by the hissing air compression sound heard in ROTS and (I think) in the ESB meditation chamber scene.

Vader is gonna rape you!

I believe this shot is very powerful. Pity that it doesnt have the necessary strength to pop up.

OMG that looks awesome! I hope Ady does exactly that!!!

I too very much hope that this, with the light reflections and all, will be in the film. :D

small update. you'll be glad to know that i have managed to fix " no neck Vader" in the meditation chamber scene. Not an easy fix my any means but i've finally done it. i'll also be updating the list on page 1 very shortly.

Wow, awesome! If I'm not mistaken, Vader moves his head [slightly] in that scene, so how'd you manage to sync that up, Ady?
