Didn't Sadaam get "elected" every so often?  If i remember correctly, he would get like 99% of the vote.  Surely the other 1% were "removed from the equation," but then he would get 99% the next time as well.  Who were these new 1%?  Did they move from Iran?  Did some locals change their mind because they were ready for "change?"

I was actually a bit concerned I waited too long and Avatar would only be in 2D at this point.  As it turned out, there were only a couple of 2D screenings, and most of the available times were for 3D.

The only drawback was the expense.  It was an extra $3 for 3D, plus another $2 on top of that for XD, which I gather is a bigger screen and somewhat more comfy chair.  Of course, because the chair rocked, it meant I was getting kicked from behind much more often. I think next time I'll save the $2 and just go with the regular 3D.

Update time:

Added Rule #10.  Purgatory is selected as the third level of punishment.  Thanks for all your suggestions.  xhonzi is awarded one free get-out-of-PROBATION card to use at a time of his choosing.

I only hope I am not out of turn here in suggesting punishments for thread participants, but it occurred to me that action must be taken and nowhere in the thread is there a resource availing one of the opportunity to take such action. If I have stepped too far, I am prepared for the consequences. The greater good of bringing more Shatner into the thread must be served.

While we wait for VFP to defend himself, I would like to ask all who are in good standing for a little help.  As you know, there are two levels of punishment:

1) PROBATION!!!
2) HALL OF SHAME!!!

ABC, through his disregard of Rule #1, has kindly pointed out the need for a third level (at a minimum). But I don't have a good name for it, so please offer some suggestions.  In return, I hereby revoke PROBATION for all who currently have it.  Remember that you can always return to the original post to see who is currently being punished, as well as the status of the Current Topic.

Just a friendly reminder - follow Rule #1 when posting your suggestions.  I would hate for you to go on PROBATION just because you failed to mention Dianetics.
