Oh I agree with you there.  The BBC TV series...well...kind of sucks.  But in a good way - I find it very enjoyable.  Sure, there was plenty wrong (the casting of Trillian, in particular), but I always come back to watch it again every several years.  And the DVD is phenomenal.

And I was pleasantly surprised by the movie.

Quick tangent - was/is anyone a member of H2G2.com?  I wasted a few years of my life there (before I decided to waste them here instead).

Not really.  boon (webmaster of FE.org) confirmed that the files are gone from RS.  I think I might be one of the few people who have the edit, seeing as how it took this long to get to 10 downloads.  corgicar was on FEF.com as recently as late January, so I sent him a PM, but no reply as of yet.

If I don't hear back from corgicar I may try to upload it.

While I enjoy changing topics to see what comes up next, I'm going to let this one run a little longer than usual.  This topic has tentacles...er...legs.

I'm not up on my BSG, but isn't he human?

Solid foods?  I don't think I'm showing my kid SW that early.  It's SS and the Wiggles right now...

Incidentally, as a PT fanedit approver, I also have to decide when to introduce the PT.  Clearly after the OT, or I risk her not liking the OT 'cause it ain't so purty.  But I wonder how long to wait, and how many times the OT needs to be viewed first.

With my luck she'll just want to watch Gilmore Girls with her mother.
