I was holding out on deciding about the copy of Star Wars. With this news, now I don't need to buy any of them. Nice try, LFL. '07 is starting to make me nervous as well.

actually, it all depends on how much room the official trailers take. I plan to have a hidden easter egg or two. I imagine I'll have room for a few. i'm still in the gathering and design stage right now, so it is too early to tell.

Was that the one with just a few still photos that faded in and out? I don't remember that being anything more than a flash movie. I'll put it on the disc if someone can get me a decent copy. Or even a re-creation.

I watched the ANH disc on a HiDef 70" set and the flaws were SO obvious. I about punched something when I still could see the extension cord on Ben's lightsaber. Would it be too hard for these guys to do a little research? I mean, there have got to be hundreds of websites out there that point out all the bloopers and gaffes.

My Darth Editous edition could be in danger of being replaced of my most watched disc. Could I recommend something for the sheilds in the death star hangar bay? I got to say I love that you rampped up the lights on them. Maybe they could actually dim as the falcon passes through? It has always bothered me that they never really did anything.

Oh, and the TIE fighters firing as they approach kick @$$!! Great idea!

Even for a rough look, I am thrilled. This thing is going to be a great film.

And the voice is a little low. But it definitaly a step in the right direction.

I saw this film when I flew out to DC to see the Magic of Myth in the Smithsonian many years ago. I believe they re-created a shot of the Falcon blasting into hyperspace. That was great to see on the IMAX.

Since I had such fun with the Valentine's Day contest, and since I have some extra discs to give away, let's give it another go.

As we are in the middle of the summer movie season, I was curious what might be playing at the Mos Eisley Multiplex. So make a movie poster of what Fixer and Camie might watch on a hot date. Such as the thriller "Jawas", which I found on worth1000. or somethingawful. who knows.

I always suspected that the beginning of my version was cut off- but I'm not sure. Do you know which version it was? Meaning what station was it broadcast from?

I was thinking about SSWR's ideas for the monster introductions. It would clean up the presentation, but it seems like it would be a little too formuliac.

It is too tidy. I do like the idea of Padme climbing down the pole a bit before she jumps.

I've wondered about that. I've always liked the orange stripe. The interesting thing here is that the final cut of the film only shows cockpit scenes with General Veers, yet there are clearly two different crews .

Are you going to do anything to harmonize the two AT-AT crews? One has stripes on the back of their helmets and the other one doesn't.

I don't think I'd agree with that. The 12/76 edit of "The Star Wars" by John Jympson was a trainwreck. It's not as if the film was made of pre-cut puzzle pieces.
