The Redskins vs. Cowboys game was fun and depressing at the same time.  Neither team seemed to want to win.  At least enough to stop screwing up.

If there were a ton of problems with the effects in the Clone Wars cartoons, then Adywan would be a logical choice for that project.  If it is merely a matter of doing a fan-edit, then any one of a dozen or more people here on the boards could tackle it.

Nice!  That scene was made by my friend Brad and me about a decade ago.  The Tie bomber opening was stolen from Troops and the dub of Chief Bast was done by me.  

Importing footage from other sources may work in limited doses.  I guess it depends on how radical you want to make the edit.

Ziz, I think you have the right idea.  I would just be careful the matte replacements don't look too good.

I had a warehousing job at the time.  We really were dependent on the boss's old boom-box to hear what was going on.  The details were rather sketchy of what was going on early on.  We thought it was an accident at first so we went back to work until the boss called us back in an hour later.  I didn't get to see the footage until I got home that night.  I still can't watch it without being a little sick, and a little angry.

I spent the morning in peaceful thought and meditation.  On the way home, I was a little saddened that one on the local hotels didn't have their flags at half mast.  I'm gonna send them a letter.

I then spent some time with my brother who is in the Air Force.  I really appreciate his service.

All in all, I spent a good day with family and in thanksgiving.  I'm a bit sad it took such a horrific tragedy to appreciate all I have, but I was not going to let the day get by without using it in the way that is best for me.

Arguing that not wearing your seatbelt is just as good as wearing it doesn't sound reasonable at all.  Regardless of what "the man" says, you are better off wearing the thing.  Ideology aside, it is just smarter.  I think my insurance premiums are a bit high, but if I need my appendix out, I'm not going to 'stick it to the man' and take it out myself.

Brett played pretty well for a 40 year old who missed training camp and is missing his best receiver.  I am surprised it was as close at it was, I thought the Vikings would be blown out.
