All movies should be preserved in their original theatrical form, even the one's we don't like. The amount of money raised on Kickstarter to preserve Manos: The Hands of Fate is a good example of this.

In any case, the Rebel Fleet probably took a severe pounding after Endor. Would they pass up useable ships that could be repaired and take on the Imperial remnants on an equal footing? If patching up a derelict star destroyer is good enough for a space pirate with a vision...
Anyone keeping up on the latest lost episode recovery rumors? I know there's been far too many hoaxes and dead ends over the decades, but the BBC doesn't seem to be shooting this down, either. Or is this the standard stock response for them?

Early stereo VCR's had an audio input setting to facilitate FM simulcast recordings. I could get MTV's stereo audio if I ran the cable into my stereo's tuner back then.
I think it was mentioned before some of the early pay per view showings may have had simulcasts as well.
