Tatooine isn't a nice place to live, and the cinematography, intentionally or not reflects that.

You could also make a gag about the order number being really really long. (Being all sixes, and finally ending on a different number.) Cutting back and forth between the Clones and Palpy as he's getting it all out.

Or going to a different scene, and then cutting back as he's still giving the order number.
