THX 1138 "preservations" + the 'THX 1138 Italian Cut' project (Released)
Time

George's bachelor party video? ;)

Did we ever establish the PAL VHS is no different than the PAL LD master?

I'm slightly leery of this, as it was once common to convert and rerecord a hard to find PAL title back onto an original tape in NTSC and sell it at a convention, in glorious second generation quality or worse. I got burned on a copy of The Black Cauldron this way back in the 90's.

And if it's in the original PAL format, I don't have anything to play it back with anyway. :/

Episode VII Cast List Announced

Elated to see the cast!  soooo glad to see von sydow!  Im predicting villain status for him.  Serkis is great as well. Gleeson is an exciting up and coming actor, i remember his small role in HP deathly hallows, and he seems to improve with each film.  Dont know much about the other young actors.  I just hope they know WHAT they've been cast for and are very familiar with the classic OT universe!  I too would love to see wedge as well!  Getting excited!Lets hope there's no squandering of talents here unlike the PT.  I recall being excited hearing that Terrance"talk to the wood beam" Stamp was cast for TPM, then Lucas boogered up his screen time.  Stamp was wise to make TPM his 1st and last appearance.

After that no confidence vote, I don't think there was much left in Valorum's story arc, save for keying Palpatine's speeder, and leaving obscene holographic messages on Padme's machine. ;)

Don't forger the Quantum Duplicate Voyager crew who all died, except for two.

I think Voyager set a record for the number of times we saw the crew die!

I'm sure there's a more depressing hour of Trek, but I'm repressing the memory at the moment. The TNG one where Lwaxana Troi falls in love with Major Winchester, whose culture demands ritual suicide was a real downer though.

I enjoy Voyager for the most part.

Have we shared the Voyager Torpedo Count video recently?

They could have got around problems like that with a couple of plot points.

A) Replicating the Photon Torpedoes.

B) Replicating the Doctor's holo-emitter so the could send down legions of holographic red shirts all looking exactly the same as the Doctor.

When Voyager got home the Holo-Redshirts would lobby for a holographic homeworld or some such nonsense.

They sort of folded away Species 8472 rather quickly and they pulled the last episode out of their arse but on the whole I rather liked Voyager after Kes left.

I think they said at one point the emitter couldn't be replicated due to it's 29th century origin?
