Perhaps his AOTC character could make a return? š

Thank you! š
Were they ever canon? And hardly forgotten around these partsā¦
Non spoiler thread? Hello!
So what exactly am I supposed to say?
I like because SPOILER REDACTED?
Non spoiler thread? Hello!
It could be death star I, not II
What would they be looking for in the remains of the DS1? Obi Wanās saber?
Endor Prime is canonically a Gas Giant, as seen in Battlefront II.
There could be other moons? Jupiter has so many Iāve lost count.
Now thatās a teaser! š
I choked up seeing Carrie.
Guess whoās back!
Since theyāre apparently going to visit the wreck of the DS2, Iām guessing Palpatine might appear as either a Force Ghost, or more likely, as some kind of Force Vision. Might be similar to the Thrawn trilogy where the death of the Emperor left behind an imprint in the Force.
Or Lucasfilm could just be messing with us in the trailer. Wouldnāt technically be the first time.
Both Death Stars blew up. There was concept art for The Force Awakens of the second Death Star underwater, but they scrapped it. It seems like they could potentially be returning to those ideas, but it also seems a bit odd because the Death Star blew up in space.
Well, it blew up orbiting Endor. So itās not out of the realm of possibility that fragments fell to the moonās surface. Which would also suggest that the forest setting that was shown in a couple of the promo photos might indeed be the forests of Endor.
There is no way that the planet the station is on is Endor. It looks like a different planet.
According to the two Ewok movies, Endor has other types of terrainā¦
JEDIT:Debris from the explosion could also have landed on another planet in the system?
I was busy this morning, did I miss anything? š
Heās more of a tv series episode director. Maybe on the Mandalorians ?
Two Trek films and the big screen adaptation of Thunderbirds.
Hence āheās more ofā š (his Star Trek films are among the weaker of the bunch)
I canāt find fault with them technically, and I donāt think he wrote the scripts. And unlike the director of Nemesis, he at least knows Geordi isnāt an alien. š
Well, Lucasfilm has been calling it that since 1981ā¦
Isnāt that a Swoop, which has been around since Shadows Of The Empire?
Gee, no flamethrowers? š

I wonder if Jonathan Frakes was ever on the list of potential directors for the new films? Heās certainly qualified.
Not sure.

TBF, that addition emphasizes how crowded Mos Eisley is.
And yet, Lucas talks on the TPM commentary about how Mos Eisley is a small town compared to Mos Espa. Unless he was getting it confused with Anchorhead.
There were plenty of extras walking around in the original footage. You donāt need a lumbering beast blocking a shot that was never intended to have such a thing in the first place.
Mace wasnāt exactly unused before. š
Iām surprised they arenāt saving such an event until this winter. Marvel is doing a 55(!) hour marathon preceding Avengers Endgame, at least in Los Angeles.
Anyone who survives that should get a medal. š
Someone thinks thatās a 2011 change? Whatās the world coming to? And technically thatās a Brachiosaurusā ass as ILM repurposed a Jurassic Park model. š
I have to confess itās appearance in The Ridiculous Menace, where it blocks the frame during most of the desert fight between Qui Gon and Darth Maul is funny as heck.
IIRC, they were only shown at Celebration. A couple other shots were slightly altered, like a view of the Trade Federation ships over Naboo.
The OT has yet to be screened, if their conversions were finished at all. Some of the changes seen on Blu-Ray, (like all the new gizmos popping out of Artoo when heās shot in ROTJ) were apparently to enhance the 3D effect.
Donāt forget about the rocks.
Dammit! š
Seen RO on TNT a couple times in the past few months.

As some of the last batch of changes to the films were for the 3D releases, technically we did get them, from a certain point of view. š
Disney has all but abandoned 3D releases in the U.S. Only Marvel seems to be bucking that trend though.
