I sort of like the odd goop/noodles that come out. Seems alien enough for me. :P

Too bad the camera is so expensive, but if it's that good, I think it's worth it. I wish I had more money, or I'd donate for sure. Canons have always done me well, and I wish you good luck in reaching the new price goal.

Interesting. I'm a little surprised nobody mentioned it during the making of Revisited, or that if they did, Ady didn't do anything about it. Ah well- if someone can do something about it, kudos to them. I'm ok with the current version. :P

Vader's red eyes were always an accidental problem, and the same with the "monochrome" effect. I can sympathize with the spinning hyperspace shot and the missing shot of Tarkin, but neither really has a huge impact on the film.

Yeah, I actually liked all of those things. The music in the briefing makes that scene so much better IMO. 

I agree with 1 and 2, but I actually liked the music in the briefing room much better than I liked the duel music. I find the fight music to be a little too exciting for the subject matter, but it works alright. Change 1 and 2 and I would never hear anyone complaining at the showings I do. :P

Hmm. Seems like the best, if maybe impossible, thing to do would be to get a better looking wampa in those shots. Best of both worlds.

Indeed. After seeing the old versions, I actually like the SE additions. I admit that the continuity is off, but the "sliding arm" isn't exactly ominous. At all. :P

Interesting- I love the pacing of the original NTSC, and would never watch it in PAL. :P

Those screenshots are consistent with that I would imagine the viewing angle would have to be for one to see the hull out the windows. From the usual "back of the room forward" view, we would only see the area above the hull, not the hull itself. Since in the OT there were never (as far as I remember) many shots on a SD or SSD bridge closer to the windows, the hull does not need to be added in, as cool as it would be.

We always noticed that line too, but it never occured to me that it would be worth changing. I agree with the "normal guy" stance. I wouldn't mind if Ady changed it, but I don't mind it the way it is either.

Yeah, that had also occurred to me, but there's not a whole lot one can do about that, is there? Just hope sobody you know will inform the online community.

I assume then that the decision is to get rid of the window completely, not to try to add it into the later shots? I'm fine with either, but I'm always one for open areas.

Ditto. Most horribly overused music for trailers, especially the youtube variety. I agree that some lower-key, unfamiliar music may work, maybe transitioning into the familiar themes of Star Wars farther into the trailer. So far I love the trailers that Adywam puts out- they have enough of a nostalgic mystique to them that they serve both the purpose of an actual trailer for each episode as well as a "hey look, this is awesome" Revisited aspect. Those elements on the scale of the SE trailer would be great.

Now there's a really cool idea. Wait until you have footage from all 3, then do a full "Original Trilogy Revisited" trailer. Maybe even throw in some of that great cg work to update the already semi-outdated looking trailer effects. That would be a fine trailer indeed.

Yeah, sorry. I did mean to add something on-topic to my previous post, but seem to have forgotten.

I am definitely looking forward to the new trailer. Sometimes trailers are better than the final movie- I know that both the trailer and the final product will be fantastic. :D
