The Last Jedi gets better the more you watch it, so that’s the opposite of depreciation. I think one of the Praetorian Guards was decapitated, but I don’t think it needs a thread.
The Brownies from Willow are hilarious. jar jar wishes he had the comedic timing of a Brownie.

All movies are unnecessary.

Spice Girls The Movie was unnecessary.
But who controls the spice controls the universe.
Why? They have a franchise with endless potential for new stories.
Everything will be remade/rebooted eventually. Casablanca, The Godfather, and yes even Star Wars.
Only the first Predator movie is any good. Same with Rocky and Rambo.
I have a feeling they will remake the entire saga one day.
Tbf they could still benefit from the format. HDR for sure. Possible they could re render the computer generated sets and animation in 4K and upscale the live actio, though unlikely they’d bother.
Don’t give them ideas. The last thing anyone should want is restored prequels.
They could bring George back to consult on prequel special editions.

I’ve seen other reports saying it is set 7 years before RotJ and another saying it’s set 7 years after the battle of Yavin.
RotJ is 4 years ABY, so why not just say it’s 3 years after RotJ?
