Star Wars: REBORN - The Complete Saga (* unfinished project *)
Time
A further question that occurred to me a while back: which elements of the ROTS finale are you going to use? I assume the last bit of Jedi Reborn is going to be just the end of the original ROTJ (edited, but without PT elements); if so, where are the adoption of Luke (and Leia, re which see below), the creation of Darth Vader, and the Death Star scene going to be?

I was also going to ask if you've removed the subplot about Leia being Luke's sister. I don't know how easy or how plausible this would be. It drives several of Luke's actions during the rest of ROTJ, but on the other hand it ruins their smooch in ESB, diminishes Luke's own importance, and it begs the question "Why the hell didn't Vader sense it in ANH or ESB, when he was much closer to her, and for longer, than he ever was to Luke?" I never liked it, even the first time I saw it.

Star Wars: REBORN - The Complete Saga (* unfinished project *)

Hello all. I'm a long-time reader, first-time poster. I discovered you lot through the youtube trailers and myspace page a while back. It was fantastic not to hear that the project has not been scrapped, and I firmly don't look forward to this project never seeing the light of day. I know this is going to be an alternative way to watch STAR WARS, but I have a feeling it would be the only way I would. A newbie's suggestion: you said you were considering using either Adywan's or Darth Editous' versions as the basis for your first film. I know DE has been out for a while and Adywan's "Revisited" edit is still in production, but for my two cents I think it would have been, had you continued with the project, worth sticking with the original plan, and working on Empire and Jedi until the Adywan edit was available, because it seems from what I've seen to mesh a lot better visually with the prequels. My that was a long sentence.

Oh, how I love double negatives.

STAR WARS: EP IV 2004 REVISITED ADYWAN *1080p HD VERSION NOW IN PRODUCTION

Hello everyone, I've been lurking around for a while but only just joined. Just posting to add my voice in support of adywan's work. This edit's gonna rock.

EDIT

I just watched the Ben's death/Death Star escape clip for the severalth time. I love what you've done to make the Falcon and hence the whole sequence more dynamic, but I have a small idea. In the shots where we see the Falcon from in front, I suggest placing a small Death Star in the background of those shots. I don't know how "locked" that sequence is, or how much work it would be. The one shot I noticed in particular that wants it is at about 1:30:08 on the timecode, and there may be one or two others.
