I thought they stopped doing Comic Relief a few years ago. Where/why might I have heard that?

Wuxtry! Wuxtry! Frink's wife is a nerd! Read all about it!
Superhero month? Robot month? Favorite musician month? Cucumber sandwich?
Hmm, that article says he was 93 whilst imdb says 94. At any rate, sad to hear. He really was in a lot. One of those 'hey, it's him again!' types. Looking through his credits at imdb, I've seen him in many roles. I wonder if my mother has seen him in the 1967 Pride and Prejudice series.
To be fair, it was mostly an issue with the first couple of seasons of TNG. And it was the late 80's, after all.
I'll have to add Rogue-theX's "Attack of the Clones: The Super 8 Cut" to my favorites. It's really short, but hey, that's how I like it. He did a great job!
I would if I could. :p I dunno where everyone else is hiding...
^^I didn't/can't/don't want to see what happened exactly, but I'm guessing it stems from jealousy over that hat you're wearing.
Yes, I can't think of any other edit that has cameos by the editor and costumes, other than Doc Savage: The Man of Bronze - DeTarnished. (which is almost done!)
Just shillin', a little illin'...and hopin' [for some followers].
I made a blog to show off some of my goofy records. It's linked in my sig, but here it is again: http://ripplinslps.blogspot.com/
Here's the first album I posted:

I still have an old episode of Inside Edition that spoke about the rampant bootlegging on TPM in 1999. It's really interesting, especially the part that says they're allowed to sell up to a certain dollar amount. :s They go into shops wiht hidden cameras and try to buy copies. There are others that have them spread out on the sidewalks, too.
Would be more then happy to digitize that for you.
Recently digitized a copy of the Dateline piece "Phantom Taping" from 1999 on the topic. The laws these reports choose to talk about are interesting, in the Dateline piece they claim it's not illegal to purchase bootlegs, which I guess gives them clearance to do this type of reporting, ie buying pirate versions and talking about them. There's a few other oddities in the Dateline report, more on that later, the screen caps say it all. That's another thing on the random to do list, see if I can get those reporters to talk about their remembrances.
That sounds good too. Sounds very similar to mine. I basically have a tape full of every Star Wars clip I could find on TV around 1999/2000. I'm sure there's a lot on it most here haven't seen simply because it was on Canadian TV or they just plain missed it. Would be fun to convert the whole thing to DVD so others can see it.
Not really knowing how the scene originally plays out without a script in front of me, I can't comment too much on it, but i know the 'Qui-Gonn is less than perfect' thing has been mentioned many times among fan editors, so I guess it's something a lot agree that could/should be alluded to.

Just changed my signature to include a link to my new LP blog.

Scrubs. Lots and lots of Scrubs... I never get tired of this show.
Word! :D I've been buying the DVD sets lately. I have 1-4, 6 and 9 so far.
Looks good. I like seeing the clapperboard that says The Star Wars on it. :)
^That's pretty cool. You never know! :) We did end up with the wrapped faces of the sandpeople, though that's more like The Mummy or The Invisible Man with hardware attached. :p
I also LOVE the look of Herbert Lom's Phantom from the Hammer Films version:
I could see a creepy look like that working for an early version of Vader as well.
Great name/series dropping, Jambe. Red Dwarf and The IT Crowd? Nice!
We'll just need to color correct wall decor now. :p
The latest TNG Uncut, loaded with Star Wars references:

One of his best yet! :)
Thanks, Jambe. :)
Well, it should tell you which are working anyway. As soon as you load the .dlc file, it checks online availability. Megaupload and Rapidshare are usually the only ones with green check marks beside them, sometimes only MU. Anyway, glad you got it working.
You can get insurance on anything you ship, I would imagine. Setting a value is the real trick. :p
Looks good! It's amazing to see the lengths you're going to for this edit.
Have "fun" with the computer. :p
