Hahaha! I never knew that! It will indeed be a lot of fun to see what Ady sticks in there now. Anyone else have the Star Wars SE Monopoly manual, with the Aurek-Besh on the back?

Totally. What's sad is that I can almost read it without the guide...

I could at one point, too, around 10 years ago. I just copied it from an RPG book, I think.

^Yes, I agree. A good balance between older and newer. :)

I hadn't really been following this thread (just sort of...forgot! :p), but i've just had a quick look throuhg every page and WOW, I love all the mock-ups! Those ones vaderios did with TPM are stunning! It's almost like a different movie, as someone mentioned, even just doing a color change. Love Bingowing's stuff as usual, too.

That gun metal Grievous was really cool! :) The Maul/Grievous thing was interesting, to say the least. I like the idea of a black version, too.

THE OT SOUNDTRACKS SALVAGE - SWESBROTJ -"remastered"(so far)+ LP's (Released)

I cant stand when I buy a cd (metallicas new album) and it sounds distorted. Louder is not better.

I haven't really heard that album yet, but just about every review I ever hear about complains about the sound quality, which is a shame. Maybe some talented editor will take a stab at it. ;) Think it could be done, based on what you hear? (if it's simply too loud and gets distorted/farty, maybe nothing can be done about it) I wouldn't be surprised if they release a remastered/fixed version someday.

^I've thought about that too and think it would be a neat idea. (I just got Wookieegroomer's ANH splitscreen yesterday, so that brought up the idea for me again)

For the part with the arm on the floor in the cantina, they'd have to include all three of Ady's versions. That could be a 4-way splitscreen! ;)

When I first heard those dreadfull American commentaters during the Pod race in the theatre my jaw dropped

Yeah, that was really bad for me too. Same with Dax's Diner. I just sort of rolled my eyes and sighed when I saw those scenes. Probably uttered a 'good grief' here and there. Add Jar Jar on top of that and wow... Oh, and the stupid midiclorians! And the virgin birth! Good grief! :p

I'll watch JasonN's edits soon. I think I'm going to dig them a lot, especially Ep. I.

The camera shake was a PT thing and was never used in the OT. And being this was the only camera shake in the entire OT would be out of place no?

If he were to add a camera shake to the AT-AT falling, it would be the second one he is adding to ESB. (that we know of) He has already added a shake to the "take evasive action!" scene and it makes a big difference. :)

You can watch the shake here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uTp8mKFxmbg&feature=PlayList&p=4DB0EA9A58709519&index=34

Look how they all fall as if suddenly paralized in the original. :p

Well a 700mb avi is pretty much standard now. Also I don't want to release it publically at 100% quality due to the fact that no one will download the DVD version in December. I'll make it 2.1 because a lot of desktop owners generally have a L, a R and a sub. Ripplin you get the 100% for preview.

That's exactly what I was thinking, but didn't spell out so bluntly. ;) Maybe you could stick the 700 in a folder by itself on the disc you send me and I'll torrent that. Or would it even fit on the same disc? Whatever way you'd like to go is cool with me.

SW EP V -ESB, but where do I get it? has it been completed and released? will he be doing SW EPVI - RotJ?

He is currently working on ESB Revisited. Check this thread for info: http://originaltrilogy.com/forum/topic.cfm/STAR-WARS-EP-V-REVISITED-EDITION-ADYWAN/topic/9060/

He is planning to do all six movies. :)

Welcome to the board, by the way!

It would be two channels, I would think, but it doesn't really matter for me, because I wouldn't be using the 700 MB version to give the once over and point things out if they should be tweaked. (if you want me to do that...or would I be only getting it from you to share with others?) The 700 MB version would be the one to give general distribution. I'd use the 5.1 for evaluation.

Well, I'd have to learn how to make different sizes first of all. I don't think I've done that before. :p It would probably be way faster/easier if you made a smaller version and stuck it in its own folder on the disc, or stick it on a separate CD, maybe?

I also kinda think that having a bunch of versions would sort of take away from the final, full menu/feature DVD, especially a high quality version. The one I'm being sent could be viewed as a test version for a pair of fresh eyes to see and comment on before the final, and I think it wouldn't be a bad idea if the one being distributed for now would be bare bones and smaller, like 700 MB or whatever. It would make the final version seem more...special. Know what I mean?
