At a guess, the "rip" would be an AVI version for those wanting a smaller download.

I notice that AvP uploaded it at 'teh...'. I see two files: one is NTSC.dlc, and one is RIP.dlc. What does RIP mean? Do I need it?

I vote for getting rid of them altogether. Too 'Earthy,' like that stupid diner scene. Maybe just add a non-corny PA voice, or a cool alien-sounding one.
You know what could be cool too, is if we actually didn't see much of anything, making Jabba's palace underground. (or at least more like the Lars homestead) Kinda like they made the underwater city in TPM, you get down there and it's this crazy extravagant, but decidedly seedy, place where the worst of the worst hang out.

I dunno which I prefer. The spin is certainly more unique, but the static star field makes more sense. Hmm...
The lighting in the GOUT version above the X-Wing looks weird, making it almost like there's another swamp floor above and behind them.

Off-topic, but Kevinicus, I love your avatar. The new Challenger is a retro car done right! Makes the Charger look like more of a misshapen blob than it already is. (if you like the look of the new Charger, sorry, but that's just how I feel. Haha.) I see the Challengers on a regular basis. I've seen the orange, off-white and black ones. They make them a couple of hours south of where I live.
So anyway, I guess that's at least three Transformers 2 edits that are on the horizon, probably more. (and I know JasonN is only using small bits of 2 for his edit, innit?) Nice.
