Yeah, picture no worky.  Which now explains the comment, sort of, since I didn't previously realize there was supposed to be a picture.

It was a picture of Temuera's outstanding, world-class performance in the seriously underrated action flick Barb Wire.

Actually I'm Belgian, you may dispense with the pleasentries folks :p

I'm Belgian too, so how about I don't dispense the pleasantries? :p

As for dubbing, Ady is of course free to do as he wishes, but I'm certainly not ever going to watch it in any other language than its original.

You cannot but admit there's a certain grandeur to Jones' voice.
If God ever had to speak, he'd be best off using Jones' voice! ;)

I can easily relate after having read RoccondilRinon's response.
Mind you, it's been far too long since I've seen ESB in its entirety.
It's a shame to have to admit all the details have gone by me long ago.
I'm actually pretty much saving my new viewing experience for Ady's ESB:R.

Testing resolve or not, he still looks goofy ;)
Him having lost his marbles is indeed what came up when I first saw him.
That and ... "oh jeez poor sod you..."

You're right Bingowings, but I'd say it's quite easy drifting back off to Off-Topic business. It only needs one post and BLAM! No more Death Star ;)

Ady:

Regarding the Dagobah scene...
Will you be leaving everything in as it is?
The "looking for Yoda" bit when he was right in Luke's face sort of mocking him always made him look childish. I always considered this unbecoming of one of the greatest Jedi ever, to almost seem senile and demented, while in fact he was still in good health and of good mind.

Peut-être que nous trois peuvent aider Ady à faire un nouveau version du film, complètement en français? :p

... Hahem... With a french like this you'll only make the frame spottings... haha!

I'll what? Seriously, you lost me there.
I refuse to watch anything not played in its original language, so I never watch dubbed films. It makes me puke... almost.

How about this one?

(sorry, this will be my last off-topic post in this thread)

(Empty) promises :)
ChainsawAsh, you're picture isn't coming through, can you try again?
I'm sure a small titbit of off-topic banter every now and then is more than welcome to relieve the pressure off our dear beloved editors.

Bewy too? Now that there's four of us, how about some cards? :p

Good point, Harmy, I'm interested in knowing too.
Damn curious me, it always gets the best of... well, me! ;)

Although personally, I think it's probably equipment he owns himself, no?
It would require a rather large, continuous money flow to rent it, which otherwise could be spent on the OT:R and PT:R projects themselves.

Hey look, you're the first new addition to my "ignore" list in a VERY long time!

Feel free to reciprocate.

I never knew just how powerful that little word was, until I pressed the one next to that guy whose posts I can't see anymore.

It's as if the bowels of a space slug have been cleared of all its filth.

You're right though. The part where the toppled AT-AT falls down 'face-first' and is consequently blown up by T-47's always felt... 'ugly'.
Did you manage to fix that shot already, Ady?

I think getting cockpit-views from DS2 or Ex. would be difficult, since you'd need shots of people falling down into the wind-shield or dying or something, which you don't. Not impossible, just... difficult. :)

Well, remember that these were cobbled together with "popsicle sticks and scotch tape" back in the day.  ;)

Back in the day when realism mattered, instead of sticking everything on there with damn computers...
I still prefer the OT battles over the PT ones. PT is just too damn chaotic.

There's just something about the ESB battles that makes me drool.

Looking at the scan closely i noticed that the closest transport is actually a photograph of the model. I always thought that this one looked too good to be a painting.

Once you know it, and take another look, it actually stands out from the rest clear as day. Kind of a cheap trick, no?

The last three posts is all too typical of the bullshit that is clogging up OT.com threads now a days. You all are nothing but ass clowns that think you're being clever.

If Moth3r comes across this, I'll be more than happy to have my post removed due to being off-topic, but in the meantime...

ESB:R (Falcon-) related and strangely ever so slightly off-topic, this got me looking up some Millenium Falcon stuff, and I came across this novel called Han Solo & the Kryst.. no wait... Indiana Jones & the Lost... no.. no!
See for yourself :)
