Re your personal ROTS Edit… go for it - as long as you give credit to the respective Editors you borrowed from, I don’t see a problem with it.

Though you may have some difficulty in getting people interested in watching it without a cut list? Perhaps an overview of some of the major changes you can remember making may help, or an explanation of what you were aiming for - may help perk interest?

(Personally, you have me intrigued in that it’s a ‘greatest hits’ from some very good Editors - and also a few ideas of your own.)

I think he’s saying not so much that there isn’t a cutlist but that he didn’t keep track of what footage came from what edit

I think all drugs should be legal without restriction. That way people that want to do them can do so without hurting anybody, and if they die it’s their own fault and our overpopulated planet would probably be better off. Let people hurt themselves if they want to, making them illegal is only causing people to Engage in other activities that are actually criminal to get it.

I disagree with many of the points here but this is a very entertaining review and I laughed a few times. Even though I liked it more than he did he was pretty fair I think and his points are at least respectable, and he doesn’t trash it and he even says it’s an overall decent movie. I mainly just watched it because the way this guy speaks cracks me up in his videos in general.

If those are the slayer albums you think you’d like you’re selling yourself way short by not including Hell Awaits. Its kind of a hybrid of all those you mentioned, which is strange since it’s older than all of them except show no mercy.

I still watch on a screen the size of a wall so that doesn’t help me much. I mean as a technical achievement it’s amazing. But that’s about it.

I do love the character though and I love him in this movie even, I just wished that they would have been more subtle with the camera angles. To help sell it they could even have shots of his face where he isn’t speaking as that’s when it really looks weird, when still it looked okay.

Isn’t this the thread about how Johnny Depp should always be in amusement park rides?

My main complaint is that they shouldn’t have had cgi Peter Cushing so blatant and in your face. It just doesn’t look that good. He could have still been in the film. Camera angles where he isn’t front and center, facing away or even just to the side would have probably been okay also.

I mean it kinda is, but it still mostly works for me though due to good performances and great visuals.

I don’t see how TLJ could be seen as a corporate job considering it literally told the story it wanted to tell and clearly didn’t care at all what the audience was expecting or wanted. It’s my Disney star wars so far minus some of the humor.

Obviously there is no right or wrong when it comes to opinions, but I find it strange that TLJ is your favorite with tfa being your least favorite.
