Well I accidentally took my blood pressure medicine twice today. Took it before work and then for some reason thought I forgot to take it when I got home from lunch so I took it again, then I suddenly had the flashback of taking it this morning. So I dumped then on the table and counted them and sure enough one is missing. So I feel super weird. I’m sure nothing is going to happen but I’m gonna be worried about it all day and I’m gonna feel like crap and paranoid that something bad is going to happen even though it almost certainly won’t. And now I’m afraid to drink… But i really want to.
I survived.

I don’t know, I had teachers tell kids to stay away from me. It kind of put me through hell. And everything I ever read about them only further convinces me to avoid public schools whenever I have children.
Yeah and I’ve had some minorities not treat me very nice at some points in my life too. See how that works?

Lol no but for someone who drinks and smokes as much pot as I do i really should as bad as my memory can get. I’m on a medium dose and it’s normal most of the time so I’m sure I’ll be fine but I’m definitely uncomfortable and I feel weird, some of which is probably just mental stress from knowing I took too much. Nothing to do but wait it out I guess. I might just try to go to bed early so I cam sleep away the stress and it’ll be alright by the time I wake up.

This is really why the Jar Jar criticism confuses me so much. People can never agree on how exactly he is offensive. Also this is literally the first time I’ve heard mention of Jar Jar’s “buttocks”, and what does that have to do with Indians?
Also when was “crafty Japanese trade villains” ever a thing? I’ve heard people make ‘yellow peril’ comparisons, but apart from the accent (which the voice actor based on Philippino I belive) there’s not much about them that resembles any Asian cultures. Not that I’m aware of at least.

Well, sure but the point is that Jar Jar sounds decidedly stereotyped in that fashion. Be it Caribbean or Jamaican they all have a very noticeable trait that is very much human being of color. The trade federation have very obvious, thick Asian accents with large slitted eyes…they walk around like Geishas with their hands folded in front of them. I took the “crafty” in that phrase to just illustrate they were stereotypes that were cast as villains. Nothing more. Yellow peril certainly would fit that stereotype.

The debate over this issue in general with the TPM and the PT is well known and well documented. Ginger ale and any kind of alcohol that isn’t clear is gross. But then again vodka is almost cheating you can add a few shots to any drink (besides plain water of course) and it’s still gonna taste pretty good. In fact I do. I don’t drink anything that has sugar in it unless it also has either vodka or gin in it.
