I don’t quite get how high definition is an alteration but okay. What, do they think the original films were shot on vhs or something? That’s a common misconception that bugs the crap out of me with ignorant people, that hi def is a new thing. Sure it’s new for HOME MEDIA but films have always been made at a high resolution, or whatever the analog term for that would be.

The paper Mario games started on the N64 and though that are ridiculously simplified and the story is very “cutesy” they are also a blast to play. The simple and innocent (I mean it is Mario after all) nature of them actually add to it for me. It’s almost like therapy after a long day of dealing with people being terrible to you to escape to a world where everything is cute and people are unironically sweet and innocent. And the game itself is very fun.

My favorite RPG is Super Mario Legend of the Seven Stars. Followed closely by the first two Paper Mario games. So needless to say my RPG preference is extremely light lol.

Happened to me recently too man. It’s tough but it happens. It hurt less than the other woman I just talked about that was my best friend and big sister for 3 years turning on me for some mystery reason that even seems to baffle and anger a lot of mutual friends of ours. Some mental issue, basically has to be.

I have a new girlfriend now though so I’m just trying to forget about both of them.

You could show me the flipped elements in an individual shot and I still wouldn’t notice it if I watched the film itself as it went by. But I definitely would notice something going in the wrong direction. I couldn’t tell you a single flipped shot in tpm and even these ones of ROTJ that have been pointed out won’t bother me next time I watch it. Not at all saying fixing the flipped elements is pointless just defending them being flipped in the first place.
