Petition to give Warbler his Sigh Back
Time

A foot on each side.

It’s extremely uncomfortable.

I’m going to tentatively say I’m not signing it. If being told you can’t sigh with no context or explanation feels like you’re being told you can’t be yourself, then like dahmage says you need to step away. I agree with a lot of what he said, interesting that we came down on opposite sides of…

The fence.

Well the thing with this particular set is that NJVC got really picky and stingy about its distribution because of asshats selling it for profit on places like eBay.

Not true. He pulled his down from MEGA, yes, but then allowed val and I to reupload them. And once those expired he allowed them to be put up on MEGA a second time.

I wasn’t saying he was wrong or that it wasn’t fair. I guess limited would have been a better way to put it.

Ah, the part where Rey is more familiar with modifications her boss made years after Han lost the Falcon. Yeah, that doesn’t make any sense at all.

Look, I don’t need the condescending tone. Your point is noted, though it doesn’t seem like Rey really knew all that much about it otherwise. A minor quible and I get everyone clawing at my throat.

Condescension aside though his point is valid.

I agree. I hadn’t thought of it like that, though I’d rather Rey not undercut Han, the mentor character, pretty much right as he’s introduced. Story-wise it’s a bit odd to me. It’d be like if Luke had corrected Ben about the travelling methods of the sand people.

I actually agree. I didn’t dislike it for any sexist or “marysue knows better than Han” type reasons, or even that it didn’t make perfect sense story wise, I just didn’t like it for tonal reasons. I just felt it was a bit annoying/cheap. If it had been placed later in the film after we were passed the “holy shit it’s Han solo back in action again” phase I probably wouldn’t have minded it at all.

I might, I might not. That all depends on whether Luke dies or not.

I predict that, since Han Solo is dead and Carrie Fisher has passed away, thus necessitating the removal of her character from the franchise, they will not kill off Luke in TLJ.

I predict that, if they hold to the “rhyming” gimmick, Luke will die in Episode IX.

what does that rhyme with?

Luke will die in episode fine?

I have a strong feeling from watching the trailer this might be remix of The Empire Strikes Back!

if that is the case then that will be a huge let down!

Early critic comments (not actual review just comments) indicate this not being the case, the general vibe of the article containing snippets of comments from people saw the premiere on RT is "very good, not what you expect. "

Not that that really means anything, but I’m going to be hopeful.
