G4 posts 'Attack of teh Show' online a week after broadcast, so sometime next week, the review will be on their site. Gore says GL is fan friendly because he allows the fan film thing to happen. You see, in my introduction thread on the Thorn Valley Forums, I unintentionally made a pretty long quote string. After someone commented on it, I turned it into a joke by prolonging it. He then wondered what the longest quote string on the internet was. I gave a link to a pretty long quote string in the Personal Canon thread on this forum, but it also got me to thinking... Why not start a thread about it? I couldn't find anything on Google about the world record for the longest quote string ever, but if there is such a thing, why not try to break it?
The goal is to make each post as long as possible, and that there be as many of them as possible. That way, not only will it be the longest quote string on the internet, it'll have the longest quotes on the 'net, too. Who's ready?

However, when I directly asked him permission to download the preservation, he said no. He lets me edit pirated films, but he won't let me get the most awesome Star Wars preservations ever... I'll make a point of that the next time I get close to him. Even if it means deleting the movies from my computer. The projects I'm working on will go bye-bye, if that's the case. Oh, well. I guess that'll give me some free time to record my own video to edit.
Makes sense to me. Taking photos of the Mona Lisa to photoshop for an art project is different than stealing the Mona Lisa from the Lourve. (even if I disagree with your pops).

And YES, go shoot your own stuff. You learn SO much about editing doing it. And you learn so much about shooting from editing.
