I honestly can't think of any scene in ROTJ that gives me goosebumps, there are great scenes like the Throne Room scene, but nothing that gets me like SW & ESB, that is the difference as to why I think ROTJ is the worst.
When Luke rages and lunges after Vader and the music kicks in always gets me tingly. And when Vader is watching his son getting tortured by the Emperor and he finally grabs him. that's all for me.
the speeder bike chase was pretty much the only positively memorable fight scene other than Luke & Vader's duel. everything else was just going through the motions and you saw it before. well we hadn't seen Luke kill a small army of bad guys with his light saber but it was ruined by the whiffle bat effect.

The change with Vader really was too soon. ROTJ was half-assed but nowhere near as bad as the prequels. and i like the Ewoks except i have issues with how easily they pwned the Stormtroopers and how dumb the Stormtroopers got even worse than on the first Death Star. and even then they were allowing them to get away.
i'm still fond of the Ewok movies lol. Gorax was awesome. i believe in some ROTJ Ewok tree village concept painting there was a Gorax peeking at some Ewoks. i like to think that somewhere on the Endor moon there was another Gorax that battled with a traveling AT-AT or something

in ANH you see all these technicians and engineers helping pilots and droids get in and it's like this whole big event on it's own. whereas in the prequels all the Jedi have ultra compact ships they can just hop into and not even have to warm it up.
but i think the A-wings were a little smaller than the Jedi fighters seen in ROTS

never had a problem with Vader's look in that scene. he's hunched over with a big ole mad dog look. he looks huge and mad as hell. i like it
I'd say the one on the right looks better. and if possible replace that dummy head with Luke's face

There were some other differences with that Snowtrooper Officer too. I wonder why you never see any altered Stormtrooper armor beyond Sandtroopers. I think the blaster is sorta like a Han Solo blaster but different.
Doesn't Palpatine look even older in AOTC than he does in ROTS? strange... like George didn't know where he was going with that. i'll have to check that again.

I think at the time of ESB or in the development they were planning on like 2 more trilogies or at least another trilogy of sequels and that the other potential Jedi was probably just some unknown character. or maybe it was Snaggletooth
Why did you remove the little laser cannon on the ground in that shot?
There weren't any Imperial troops on the ground out there. they stayed in the walkers
Well amping up the green is like amping up the blue on Hoth which Adywan has corrected so i dunno...

One of the worst aspects of the Endor forest battle is the way the Stormtroopers stumble around staring at the ground being absolutely unaware of their surroundings and constantly letting Han flip them over. that didn't even make sense

Yeah nowadays that scene would be a Stormtrooper communicating directly to Tarkin by hologram. Holograms all over the place in the prequels. Even the Clonetroopers have special hand held hologram communications. it's ridiculous...

I'd remove the "indeed you are powerful as the Emperor has foreseen." bit from that scene.
I know the EU has made a big thing of Lightsabre construction but it does reduce Jedi Knighthood to the level of home improvement.
The skills bit can stay as building a laser sword from scratch takes skill but the end of the line sounds silly.
Luke is powerful for making somehow turning his light saber green because before then there was only blue wielded by the Jedi and red by the Dark Jedi. by Adywan's reasoning anyway if i remember correctly. look at it that way it works
This Sail barge scene will take a lot of work. I want to see limbs flying it'll be so nasty
