Season premier over here is Friday, 18th April at 7:30 CST!

Only reason I don't like watching it on Sci-Fi channel is that it's all cut up to accommodate for commercials. So each episode ends up being a full hour.

Anyone else hear the rumor that Davros is making a comeback in this series? I'm not sure if I'm excited about that or not. It'd be nice if they actually tried to come up with new ideas as opposed to just going back to the old shows and bringing shit back all the time. I could do without having another Dalek episode, to be quite honest.

And by the way, does anyone else find Captain Jack Harkness as annoying as I do?

Well, I installed SP1, and now it won't even start up. It has an error message before it even finishes installing. I did a google search for the error message, and apparently I'm not the only one to have gotten the exact same error message, but nobody seems to have an actual solution to the problem. If I can't find the Vista install disc, I may just have to do a System Restore.

Well, first off, I'm running Vista (unfortunately). I've already tried turning the service on, but whenever I do it says that the process ended unexpectedly. I've also tried to do System Restore, but when I went in to do it, it said that it had been turned off this whole time, so I'm pretty much shit out of luck there too.

No, but don't think I haven't been trying to find out. My main problem is this (reposted from the WhatTheTech forum):

This problem first came up about five days ago, when I realised that one of my audio files wouldn't play. At first I thought it was iTunes (which I rarely use; at first I thought I was being reminded just why that was), but it turned out that I couldn't get sound to play at all. Moreover, I would get this message:

"Windows Audio Device Graph Isolation stopped working and was closed."
closely followed by:
"Windows Audio stopped working and was closed."

So I went into control panel to try and look at what was going on, and I got this message:
"Windows host process (rundll32) has stopped working."

Now the fact that my sound doesn't work at all is annoying enough. What is even more annoying is that I keep getting pop-ups from Windows saying "Windows Audio has stopped working" every thirty seconds! I'm not sure if it's a virus or not, but it's so irritating that I just assume it is anyway. But before I do decide to go all Rambo on my laptop, I want to see if it's a virus or just a hardware problem.

Well, I'm just saying I'd rather have Tails/Knuckles as Sonic clones rather than more Star Fox clones. Now we've got Fox, Falco, and Wolf, and they all do the exact same thing. You'd think that the Star Fox franchise wouldn't be so well represented considering how it's been shafted so badly over the past ten years or so.

Now as for Capcom, what character from their roster would you have liked to have seen in the game? I personally would have loved to see Goemon from the "Mystical Ninja" series.

Okay, I just now unlocked Sonic the Hedgehog, and I have to say, even though Snake is lame, Sonic more than makes up for it. Sonic is arguably the best character in the game.

One thing that bugs me though: one of the stages is the Green Hill Zone, and you can see Knuckles running around in the background. Why couldn't they have just put him in the game?!

Well, now that Brawl's out, what do you guys think of it? I personally think it's fantastic (the best yet, even), but I do have a few little quibbles about it.

-The Adventure mode (Subspace Emissary) gets really repetitive really quickly, but the animated cutscenes in between are fantastic. Normally I don't like too many cutscenes in games, but these are just awesome (especially Donkey/ Diddy Kong's entrances).

-Snake. Doesn't need to be in there. He looks out of place, he feels out of place, and his move set sucks (except his Final Smash move, which is arguably the best out of all the characters).

-The Masterpieces (the little game demos in the Vault) feel kind of pointless. The demo of Kid Icarus is ridiculously short. Instead of having a timer, they should have just made it so that you could play until the end of a level.

Other than that, I really can't think of anything. This game is a must-own. I'd give it a 9.5/10

Maybe I'm misinformed, but isn't SMW the only Mario game where the Goombas were like that? Because from my understanding that's the only game that didn't have them as angry walking mushrooms, so it may have something to do with continuity.
