I'd have to say the "Evil Dead" trilogy is at the top of my list, and Rob Zombie's "House of 1000 Corpses" was pretty good. I just got done watching "The Prophecy", which was.....okay. Viggo Mortensen made a surprisingly good Lucifer. "Candyman" was also pretty good.

In this thread, I was kinda hoping some horror movie buffs could enlighten us on some of the more obscure gems of the genre. I've taken quite an interest in horror films in the last few months and the local Blockbuster is sort of lacking.

I'm sick and tired of all the new "horror" movie crap that Hollywood comes out with these days, like "House of Wax" and "The Grudge". Whatever happened to the good old days, when zombie movies were actually interesting and you actually got scared while watching these flicks? If not actually scary, then at least good, "Evil Dead" style. What are some more awesome horror flicks?

I didn't even know Nicole Kidman was in a Batman movie. Goes to show how many times I saw "Batman Forever" and "Batman & Robin".

The only good thing I can see about Sky High is the fact that Bruce Campbell is in it. Other than that, it's more than likely a waste of 2 hours.

They have a new Sonic Collection that has pretty much all the Sonic games that weren't on the first collection. The only one worth a damn is "Sonic CD", and the rest is just Sonic R, some Sonic fighting game, and a bunch of Game Gear games. Although I believe the "Vectorman" games are unlockable.

Either that, or movies based on books or games. Whatever happened to original movie concepts? Then again, I'd rather see a movie based on the "Sin City" comic than an original movie like "Stealth". Blech.

I'd have to say that out of all the "Director's Cut"s and "Extended Edition"s I've seen over the years, these are probably the only ones that are actually worth a damn. the extended-ness is actually worth watching for a change, especially for fans of the book.

Maybe MagFan can figure out a way to digitize him into being pushed into the Sarlaac or something.

Perhaps he can be trying to stop Luke and Vader dueling in ESB, then when Vader shatters the window, Jar Jar gets sucked out into oblivion.
