I agree with pretty much everything you've posted in this thread, CA.
More or less. 1954, to be exact:
Wow, that's the worst I've ever done.
That's an interesting coincidence. Murry, have you ever heard of Rocket From the Tombs? They're pretty much the most awesome post-punk band that ever was. They were only together for about 8 months, but the members split off to form the bands Pere Ubu and the Dead Boys. Decades later, the frontman for Pere Ubu found their demo tapes and released them:

Pere Ubu re-recorded it a couple years after that was recorded:

This performance is incredible: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1hYqvtHzr48
Frink, you need to check out the full Italian Spiderman movie those guys made, it's incredible.
"PENGUIIINIIII!!!!"
Hot tea and brandy is delicious.
It's just one of those things you'll never really understand until you see it.
The Room, that is. Exorcist is meh.
It most certainly is. Be careful though, it could change your life in more ways than you can imagine.
I saw it recently and didn't care too much for it at all. It was just kind of dull.
Now "The Omen", now THERE'S a good scary movie.
I suppose I ought to be Niner then.

I'm sure there are more, I just can't think of them at the moment.
An excuse to post another Devo song!

I've only listened to a few tracks from the first one and "The Flood". I plan on a more in-depth analysis when I get home.
TV's Frink said:
Hey someone should make a Bayifier thread. I'd read it!
*explosion*
Brilliant advice, I'll remember that in the future.
"Hey, I've never read a Shakespeare play before, which one should I start with?"
"Ehhh...first one?"
Frink, which TMBG album would be a good starting point for someone who's never really listened before?
Because of Frink and ChainsawAsh, I'm currently listening to They Might Be Giants.
I actually own the same keyboard they use for the song "Put Your Hand Inside the Puppet Head (Casiotone MT-100). My grandmother gave it to me a couple years ago, but I've fiddled with it all my life, and its tones are very distinct for me. So I did a double-take when that song came on, and sure enough, it was the same one.
When you guys weren't even looking, I BLINDED YOU WITH SCIENCE.
Finally, something I'm good at. :P
I'm wearing this:
I just need to find something to wear it with. I'm thinking of finding a Pee Wee Herman suit to go with it.
The only text adventures I've played are the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy one (that's still on Douglas Adams's website) and Gremlins for the Spectrum (well, Spectrum emulator). Got any recommendations?
Smart Patrol/Mr DNA by Devo
Seriously, this song rules. Most people don't know that Devo used to be one hell of a punk band: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cwtqf0RRWNY
