Santa/Father Christmas is not British.
He lives at the North Pole, off the coast of Greenland, but has an office and main post office in Lapland (a region in northern Finland).

Has anyone asked if it's the Original Theatrical or Special Edition that will be shown?
I haven't been able to contribute much since last summer, the mod team know, but I may as well tell you lot as well, I'm currently going through a separation and a less-than-amicable divorce.

Harmy's Despecialized Edition had just about every audio option you could dream of, although not all lossless - could you download the MKV and extract the audio files? There is also a torrent on MySpleen titled "Star Wars Laser Disc Audio Archive" which contains the 1977, 1985, 1993 mixes and the laserdisc commentary.

At some point in the early 80s (before widespread take-up of the VCR), Doctor Who was broadcast on BBC1 at the same time on Saturday evening as The A-Team on ITV.
I was somehow less cool for not watching The A-Team.

Can I just remind everyone that if you quote a post, then the original post is edited by a mod, the quoted part in your post doesn't automatically change to the edited version - I have to go in and do it manually.
There's this game on the iPad called Geometry Dash, where you have to tap the screen to jump your square block over spikes and onto platforms.
My 6-year-old daughter is better at it than me.

I did something like this to compare the censored and uncensored versions of Roger Rabbit. My intention was to to have the two sources cancel out leaving a grey screen, with any changes appearing as black or white artefacts.
It wasn't that successful as the sources didn't line up precisely, but you can see some examples here.

I agree, in fact I had a play with a raw clip from Puggo a few years ago (see pages 10-11) which came out looking great at 720p when encoded with x264.
