It's arguably the best scene in the movie. So...yes. ;-)

I still cherish my OT "ART OF" books (pre-SE).
I found the one for Star Wars kind of disappointing, myself, actually. That famous painting of Vader fighting Deak wasn't even in it =(

The original trilogy storyboards book looks to be interesting. Now i sort of see why there were about none of them in the making of empire or jedi they wanted to sell more books.

Wow! Thanks for putting these up.

has anyone been able to convert anymore clips from theses ebooks? I really would love to see the original crawl. Thanks

Don't click it, because it won't load properly. Copy and paste the entire thing manually.

I have retracted my post, because although I don't agree personally with the "strategy" behind this release, at the same time I do not wish to risk this community and it's correct "anti-piracy" stance on such things.
I sign off with a link to the official Star Wars Blog:
http://starwarsblog.starwars.com/index.php/2013/10/21/exclusive-ebooks-videoaudio%E2%80%94complete-contents-revealed/
So there was only 5% that didn't make this release...
Perhaps next time eh?
^^ That's pretty funny. :-P

Bad news is, after downloading, none of the video content is available offline, meaning, the video content is all in the cloud, and I can't watch it on a plane even though I now own two copies of it!
Well, I've seen all of the video content now and most of it is great, some is slightly boring. I think the interview clip of Mark Hamill on the DS set is the only pre-car-accident interview footage I've ever seen of him, so that's pretty unique.
A few of the clips are longer versions of clips that were in the hidden blooper reel on the '04 DVD set, so if anybody is saying all of this stuff was "just found", that's BS.

^Yeah, it was shown at a comic-con or a starwars convention of some kind. And I think you're right about it being in color, but there were color photos of that scene in the ROTJ storybook, so maybe my brain is coloring the footage with my childhood memories...

Glad I watched it the other day as it has now been taken down due to copyright blah, blah. :(

@Jarrel, this isn't the EditDroid thing. I've never seen this footage before.
This is an ALL NEW find:
<a href="http://www.foxnews.com/entertainment/2013/10/28/new-star-wars-bloopers-hit-web/</a>
The link in Wolfman's post above is the only one I was able to watch so far, and it stated it was from the SW ebook: it showed the clip of the rebel's helmet coming off, Han eating his mic, the Luke "supernova" blooper, etc.
I don't have (or want) a stupid Kindle and it's seriously PISSING ME OFF that I spent nearly $200 for the three hardcover books and now Random House is going around taking the videos off YouTube. The least they could do is offer people who bought the books a place to download the videos, or a mail-in DVD offer (I'd be willing to PAY for that, even!) I'd even friggin' cut the UPC codes out of the book covers and mail them in to prove I bought them!
Loyal Star Wars fan for 32 years, no OOT on Blu-Ray, and I am so fed up with this bullshit PIECEMEAL handling of footage that should have at least been released on DVD in 2005, it makes me doubly glad that I never bought the blu-ray set.
ARRRRGGGGGGGGHHHHHH! I am SO DONE with this crap and being made to feel like a chump, I think I've finally reached my breaking point. :-(

Why does the facebook page show the editdroid LD label, if it's from the ebook?

Bump!
Happy Birthday, Mark! Because, I KNOW you visit this forum on a regular basis! ;-)

Just curious.... (and getting very anxious to see these...!) :-)
Is there an ETA for those of us who donated blanks?
Can't wait!
Sorry buy not yet, SW 77 and ANH 97 SE are all ready for authoring and You_Too and I still need to go over ESB, the Team needs to take breaks in between looking at all this SW stuff so that is why we throw in other projects in between the SW stuff, plus 2 of the Team members are taking a short leave at the moment, 1 for personal Life stuff and 1 for health reasons, so the rest of us are doing what we can when we can, so all I can say is at this point we have no problems sending back your blanks if that is what you want, I am sorry some of these projects are taking so long but there is nothing I can do about it, the Team members are spread out all over the World, I am the only one in the US.

I don't own a kindle or iPad either, but I have bought all 3 hardcover books (ROTJ yet to be shipped, of course).
Hopefully, someone will be kind enough to share the bonus dailies and deleted scenes on a private YouTube channel or something. :-/
