Doctor Who
Time

Apart from that, which I totally agree with and have no clear answer to, is the fact that the Doctor that comes out of the restroom is supposed to be some 200+ years older than the one that was just killed (impossible astronaut) which is the one in "our present" and that is going to -apparently- die in Lake Silencio. He's already saying his goodbyes in a way, even to the three unknown children at the end of the last ep.

I'm missing those 200 years somewhere in between.Still trying to figure out that one...must think fourth dimensionally I guess.

Last web series/tv show seen
Time

Just finished watching Terra Nova.

The concept is good and time travel is one of my favorite themes, but something doesn't feel quite right.

The way they handled the "butterfly effect" seemed lazy at best. In general the family was meh except for the stupid teen boy who I want to be eaten by a dino ASAP. Make it slow and painful! The cute girl that will for sure be his love interest reminded me of a young version of Kate Austen, which isn't bad at all as long as they make this one more consistent and intelligent.

The seeded some mystery points there with the Avatar bad guy (Stephen Lang), which apparently now is a good guy but apparently may not be - yes, I know- and his son's disappearance, the symbols and the sixers (awful name btw) which may or may not be on his side undercover.

SFX not terribly bad but not top notch for TV either, I'd say a bit above average. The "Slashers" (a variation of raptor) are much better than the Carnotaurus, maybe because we only see the formers at night. I have to say though, that some of the gren screen stuff was really bad. i'll Have to wait and see more of them.

Still, I think I'll give the series at least another 3 or 4 episodes before deciding for sure if I'll stick with it or bail out, but since this comes from the people that made "V", I don't have much hope for Terra Nova at all.

STAR WARS: EP V "REVISITED EDITION"ADYWAN - 12GB 1080p MP4 VERSION AVAILABLE NOW

At the very least, it guarantees that Ming can send Ady tapes and Ady will be able to read them. I've cautioned Ming to go ahead and copy the tapes to a hard drive in case the tapes get lost on the way to Ady, as things tend to do.

As long as he doesn't mark the box/envelope "Star Wars Revisited"! Hmmm maybe a code name, something like Blue Harvest Revisited so no one knows what's in them! :P

No idea where Ming lives, but hopefully a place where there's lots of snow very soon. Is there already a schedule for the second unit to start filming or they don't know yet?

Maybe you should try re-counting...like I did...twice (just to make sure, like you didn't do).

There are 89 Contestants.

The woman in the middle (to the left of the only man) is not wearing a sash...and therefore is NOT a contestant.

Just counted once. No need to do it again when you do it right the first time and...well, Erica IS WRONG! lol

The woman in the middle, (to the RIGHT of the only man) isn't a contestant either. She was the current Miss Universe at that point, read her band thingy.

There are 88 Contestants. ;)

Yes... YEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!

My dad finally agreed with the OT.com rules about piracy. I read him "Notes on Piracy," and said it would be okay if I already owned the movies to download the preservations. I don't know if he had a change of heart, or I misinterpreted him earlier, or anything else. Whatever the case, he's letting me get a preservation.

Now, the thing is, do I need to own the GOUT DVDs to get a preservation, or is the '95 Faces VHS enough? And, with the HD Despecialized Edition ruled out due to the fact that I need those awful Blu-Rays to get them, could I get DJ's V3?

Reposted this in the General Star Wars Random Thoughts Thread in the General Star Wars section.

Hey great! Bet you're really going to enjoy them. I really don't know if having only the VHS will do. I got those damn 2006 discs when they came out so never wondered about this.

Can't you get a friend or relative to burn BDs for you? If not, get them anyway if you have space available. I did just that and will burn them when I either get a BD burner or meet someone that does, in the mean time I connected the PC to the tv to watch them.
