My edits of I-VI are crafted to exist together in their own sort of EU.
The Gungans, Neimoidians and Malastarians voices are changed in both Balance and CW and the storylines play together as well.
As far as a comprehensive list of changes in either edit, its really hard to do without ripping them and putting it side by side with the originals, because there were a lot of shots (hundreds) where I would shave a few frames to speed up the editorial flow.

I'm not really redoing Balance right now, just CW, though a dual layer version with commentary will eventually be made.
The changes aren't really too major.
Just cleaning up a few transitions that I wasn't really happy with, fixing the crawl, adding one extra scene that I couldn't figure out how to get to flow right at the time, and touching up little stuff. Oh, and if anyone can get a "Die Jedi Scum!" audio capture, I'll try to add that in.
It'll also be dual layer, so the quality will hopefully be a little improved over the last one, along with adding a commentary track.
I may add an additional Jar Jar line in one spot for the DL Balance, but unless new deleted scenes surface, I probably won't tweak it too much until the new dvd version comes out.
I can't really promise a timeline on the project, just sort of when I get done with it.
I'm also assisting on one other project with someone here, but I'm not really at liberty to discuss it unless they decide to let the cat out of the bag, first.

I don't actually remember cutting a Jango scene with two blasters...
Where was that again?

I know someone above mentioned me shuffling Clone Trooper shots somewhere, which is another change I don't recall.

FYI, I intended to keep the girl line originally, but the head movements on Obi-Wan don't match between shots. It causes a huge jump, like Han's dodge when Greedo shoots first.

Also, the yellow saber is going to look MUCH better in the near future.
