Is this only NJVC’s 50GB version? I’m totally fine with downloading that one (making a gift set for my father-in-law) but I had initially planned to go with the smaller sized version.

This is not an idea for return of the Jedi I have an idea for revenge of the sith and attack of the clones I was going to do it for my edit but you can go right away you should add darth mual into attack of the clones and revenge of the sith use after effects and take out count dooku and then replace with darth mual use a green screen and add him in. Another idea add Anakin in the Darth Vader costume for revenge of the sith when Order 66 goes down and the battle with Obi-Wan
I was listening to Darth Vader audio I would recommend using audio from Star Wars rebels when Vader fights Ashoka
And it would take out most of the clunky audio for the final battleI love your idea.
Edit I just read the last part I thought it would be a good Edition to the prequels giving Obi-Wan an arc

The current Despecialized Edition, that’s the one I wanted out there. The other versions, they’re on the torrents, if anybody wants them. To me, they don’t really exist anymore. It’s like this is the movie I wanted it to be, and I’m sorry you saw half a completed restoration and fell in love with it. But I want it to be the way I want it to be.

I do think, however there is a big difference between polishing and tinkering or changing. Polishing a classic car with an original paint job seems to me akin to what Harmy is doing. What George Lucas has done would be more akin stripping parts of the original paint to add new designs, destroying the original in the process. But the contradiction is striking, isn’t it?
Not a contradiction, but a contrast. The “Special Editions” are on the spectrum of giving the fans the middle finger while the Despecalised are a resurrection and restoration of the true versions of Star Wars.
