As it pertains to her character I guess it’s one of those “[insert topic here] is not as good as what came before thus it’s bad” type of thinking that the internet has becone fond of in the last few years. Also we all look at Luke from his portrayal in ROTJ had we only had SW our outlook on Luke would not filled with as much praise. Especially considering that Rey in TFA was a better written character than Luke in SW in my opinion.

The PT is where Padme has an assassin after her and it turns out she’s the main person trying to negate the Military Creation Act which Palpatine is trying to push yet no one makes that connection. Then the Jedi use a Clone Army that they know were created under suspicious circumstances just to save 3 people. And the order for that Clone Army was 10 years ago…right around the time that Palpatine became the Chancellor and no one connects that dot too. And people in the OT are supposed to be dumb?

I know the novelizations called Vader the “dark lord of the Sith”, but I think its current meaning wasn’t officially revealed until TPM.
Were they in the pre-PT EU too? I admit I don’t know much about the EU except for a few comics and videogames, so please tell more about it.

I could have sworn the Thrawn Trilogy called Vader a Dark Jedi. It’s been a while since I read it so don’t quote me on that.
