So i remember watching the hour-long documentary on the 1999 PM DVD, and at the end, it showed the opening crawl to Phantom Menace filmed by someone in the theater at the midnight premiere, and you could hear all the cheers of people in the audience. That got me thinking of my E.T. DVD which included, as an extra audio track, John Williams conducting a live performance of the score along with the movie, and you could hear all the audience reactions, laughing at Drew Barrymore, cheering at the opening credits, the standing ovation at the film’s end, and it was just really magical to be able to feel huge emotions just by hearing that crowd. I’ve keep thinking about this and I think it would be super cool if there was a way to do that to the Star Wars movies. Thoughts??

Will these scenes be available individually once cleaned up, or only as part of a fan edit of the movies?

So what i had hoped to do was use Harmy’s Despecialized Blu-Rays, with someone’s disc labels (showing the movie title and the opening space scene in each movie), Ronwlim’s FANTASTIC boxset features and Criterion-sized cover art, and either his box design shown on Harmy’s YouTube, or a recreation of the LD Definitive Collection that you’re trying to do. I’m just having trouble finding a place to go to get the outer box, booklet and cards made.

I had started making a Criterion- sized cover based on the 97 Fullscreen VHS i have, but i’m using powerpoint so it can only be so good. I’d love to find any covers for this.

Oh goodness, the work you’ve done on that top box set that Harmy did the video on is stellar! other than the disc labels for Star Wars and Empire, I’ve been dying to have this set made for me, but I’ve always been confused on where i can go to get these done for, or exact instructions on how to print out the inserts. If there was any way I could get someone to do it for me, or get very detailed instructions, this would be perfect for me! keep up the great work, Ron😃
