Could you post some shots of the binary sunset?, it would be interesting to see how that turns out.

Great job, i really like these colours. One thing i dislike about the blu-ray is how artificial it looks because of the sharpening added, after checking the Legacy project it proves that Star Wars always had a softer look.

Hey kk650 thanks for the uploads on spleen, i wish you had done the theatrical cut of Aliens, as i think the added colonist and newt's family scene don't add anything to the film.

I will be interested to see the scene when Obi Wan meets luke for the first time and how you color grade that, i know there was alot of debate when Harmy was doing Despecialised 2.5 on how this scene should look.

After watching both cuts of The Neverending Story release by Teamblu i am really impressed, what surprised me is how well the Extended cut has been handled, who would have thought that such a mess of a transfer could have been improved upon as much as it has been.

I found the extended version pleasing on the eye because of the lack of dirt on the print, that combined with Teamblu's magic with added grain and getting rid of the dnr look works really well.

The Extended version is also completley scored so none of the limahl track and also has some differences in the music, this does not bother me at all and does not take away from the film. As a preservation i would say the international version is obviously the more authentic, and despite it having some dirt on the print it still looks very good and i do prefer this cut of the movie because it is the one i grew up with.

The artwork and menu's are presented very nicely, i especially like the cover art, i am sure fans of this movie will be pleased with the work that has been done on this movie.

Unfortunately pmonroe that BitHQ file has been compressed into a dvd5, Dark_Jedi is wanting the original non compressed version.

mverta i must say i am very much liking your sandcrawler restored video, i have never seen it looking so good.

I always felt that this shot always stood out as being different from the rest, it is actually the only shot i feel does not fit in very well in Harmy's despecialised edition, not taking anything away from Harmy here, as i know you can only do the best with what you have to work with, and as you explained mverta it was a very hard shot to restore.

I recently watched both of these releases, they are definitely worth acquiring.

Firstly the picture quality of both movies really stand out, with Terminator 1 you can see the colors have been improved taking away the teal which was present, and taking it back to how it should look. Terminaor 1 also includes The making of extra which was really interesting to see, as i don't think even any of the official releases have included this which is odd.

Terminator 2 no longer has the dnr which was present on the skynet edition, so now we can see the grain and detail more clearly, i am glad to see the theatrical cut was used here as i never really felt the extended scenes added anything special. I watched this movie with dd 2.0 but i think i will have to go back and watch the cdx mix :) The Guns and Roses Could You Be Mine Music video featuring Arnold, was also really cool to see as a extra.

The menu presentation of both movies is very good indeed, they have really good animations that make it look like seeing the eyes through the Terminator. I also love the cover/disc art with cards included.

I like the look of the French version, it's what the Arrow release should have been. Although i have to say i really don't know what the correct color timing should be for this movie.

Here is my feedback on the following Team blu releases i watched recently.

Maximum Overdrive

As far as the film goes is is kind of cheesy, but a fun watch if you like some 80's cheese, plus it has a soundtrack by AC/DC which is great :) Team Blu has done a great job with this movie, the transfer is very well done with nice colors and details, and the presentation of the menu's and the extras are fantastic, you guys really put effort into this release with quality that deserves due credit.

Lake Placid 3 Uncut

I have to admit i'm not a big fan of this movie, but if you liked the previous ones you will like this one. What i did find funny in this is that the actress Roxanne Pallett, starred in a show called Emmerdale over here in the uk, but she left to persue a movie career in the usa, Emmerdale was very tame in comparison with this as she goes fully nude haha. The the quality of work done here can't be faulted, the presentation of the transfer is pleasing to the eye, and everything worked as it should with no faults to speak of, anyone who likes this movie should get this release as it is as professional as a official release could be.

I'd like to thank everyone at Team Blu for your hard work and dedication to film, and making the best releases they possibly can.

I haven't actually used the tracker yet but it seems like a decent one.

I look forward to seeing how Terminator 2 turns out by TeamBlu, i always felt this film deserved better treatment on Blu Ray.

I can see both points of view here, and i may be wrong but i believe the real problem actually lays with other people who acquire these movies not helping TeamBlu and everyone else by not distributing these films onto the sites you speak of, as i think DJ already said you can share them just not on spleen.

But I will also add that the WP Hoth blue planet glow indeed looks correct next to the DVD, and I also liked the WP Hoth snow better than the "new colors" one. 

In this shot i think the dvd colors look washed out, the wp looks better to me.

As for the new hoth colors i was actually happy with the previous colors. The new version i'm thinking similar to Revgen, sometimes looks better to me and sometimes looks a little off compared to the previous wp, but i am still happy with it, it looks far better than the gout and the weird blu-ray colors.

Like you mentioned before Harmy, get someone else to do the color correction, and they can deal with all our comments about the colors ;)

If your going ahead with the change i vote C also.
