I sent a money REQUEST.  Only by Ady accepting it can it be withdrawn from the account!  I did not DEMAND anything.  I wanted to get his attention because, at the time, I thought he was still ignoring me and not living up to his word that he would contact me right after Christmas.  I was not expecting to actually go through with taking the money.  Ady allowed it to be withdrawn and PayPal doesn't just arbitrarily take it like he said.  The resulting negative balance was his own doing.

Even if Ady and I agreed to sweep this under the rug, where does that leave me?  Exactly where I am and nobody here cares enough anyway.  I am a joke to all of you.  I really thought that I had some good things to offer this place, as well as the desire to help and encourage others.

My "screwing over" took place because it was obviously the only way I got a reply.  I DID NOT KNOW HE WAS AWAY AND DEALING WITH FAMILY STUFF.  When someone tells me that they will contact me right after Christmas, I assume they mean to do so.

Not that anyone here gives a shit, but i did not know any of the crap that adrian claims he told me.  He stopped talking to me with no reason and that's a fact.  I don't care anymore but there it is.  I am so fucking tired of being made to look like the ONLY wrong one.  It sure is strange that it took me wanting a refund to get a reply.

Thanks for the kind words, skyjedi2005.  It's too bad so many others don't have any.  When this project is done and released as promised, I will most likely leave here for good because it is obvious that I won't be reinstated.  I'm sure many people, you know who you are, will smile upon reading this.

Anyway, yeah I know the sound has so many differences over the years.  I have the CD, and while it's close, just doesn't offer the same depth as the vinyl.  The only thing I can attribute it to is the wildly overused method of flattening the mix and raising the overall dB levels.  It's harder with CD's to experience the lows and highs of vinyl because of this.  The ROTJ CD, and it's RSO/Polydor counterparts for SW and TESB, really come close to the intended sound, but all releases after that get worse.

It's great news, Ady.  Hopefully we all can keep from drooling too much and bugging the shit out of you about it.  :)

Agreed.  The comments at Blu-ray.com reflect a good cross section of the people wanting and/or buying these.  The most comments in any of their news announcements, I might add.

Indeed.  The "Binary Sunset" scene is powerful.  It's hard to fathom that Mr. Williams' first piece for the scene was radically different, and George actually encouraged him to change it to what it is now.

Yes I do, and it is free my friend.  If you like, I can give you the REALLY raw, first recording with no processing.  It is just two 30-minute long WAV files.  Warts and all.  I also have the RSO/Polydor original CD of the soundtrack if you want it as well or instead.  Let me know and I'll get it ready.  :)

Wow.  I know I said I wasn't going to post here anymore, but I feel I must in this case.

Warbler, I completely agree with you and honestly feel that this situation has been mishandled and misrepresented.  If I ran this joint, Dayv would have been banned and reported to authorities in his city if money was still owed.

Even though I have been, and still am, banned from this forum, as soon as I read about Dayv's so-called plight, I started a Facebook page to raise awareness and get donations coming in.  That's what I'm good at.  Spreading the word.  Then, I get two cryptic emails from Dayv.  One saying to take down the Facebook page, the other to tell me that he lost "two good friends" as a result of the Facebook page.

While that is complete bullshit, I complied with his wishes and took the page down.  Just in the short period it was up, there were TONS of hits and it already had a dozen Friends, with promises to donate money to him as soon as they were able.  All of the information was on the page, so all they had to do was donate.  I made it easy.  Again, that's what I try to do.  I wonder how many of those people, absolute strangers to Dayv, actually donated and/or got their money back.

The Internet offers powerful tools.  If someone is truly dying, getting this kind of help, for free, from people you don't/barely know, would be welcome.  Only if the person is doing something wrong would they not want the help.  That's what pisses me off.  I hate to say it, but there just can't be a gray area in this situation.  Black or white.  Proof or none.  Period.

I have had more than my share of medical problems in my 38 years, and if I needed to provide proof of diagnoses to save my ass from even the smallest situation, you can be damn sure I will do it.

Dayv has painted himself into a corner and he knows it.  Jay is trying to be diplomatic, but I think it's wrong.  I get banned for deleting a post, and Dayv does this shit with no consequence?  WTF??!!

Dayv, for one last time and I hope it sinks in: If you are truly sick, then PLEASE meet the requirements for proving it and LET US help you.  If you aren't and you lied because of some other situation like being without money or work, hey, just tell us and let's discuss it.  The first step to overcoming is admitting, Dayv.
