These were fixed in the 2004 version. As this was a theatrical recreation is used the flipped version i used for my '97 AVCHD

Well, if we consider TFU to be EU and Dark Empire to be of the same EU then you could say that at least some of the cloning in Star Wars is of the 'magically make a dead character live again' variety.
The '97 SE AVCHD' is an HDTV broadcast of the 2004 versions with major colour correction and the new Emperor, Boba and Anakin removed. There was never an HD broadcast of the '97 SE version as far as I know.

...and Han shooting first in Ady's ANH AVCHD. Granted only a second or two were taken from a source other than the original broadcast, but it still counts.
Did Ady do a commentary for ANH:R? I seem to remember hearing it, but I could be mistaken. Good idea, though.

I just watched ESB (the special edition), and paid attention to this series of shots.
It's not even the line that annoys me the most. Or the shot of the Lambda shuttle flying toward the Executor. It's the fact that they cut away to an extremely slow shot of Vader landing on the Death Star in the middle of what is supposed to be the most tense part of the film (the rescue of Luke). In an instant, all of the drama falls away and we are left to stare at a miming Moff Jerjerrod. Why?!

Well, the OT wasn't really designed with video games in mind, whereas the PT clearly was.
I'm hoping for the new Emperor scene. Most people have already seen Ady's superb colour correction, so it will almost certainly be one of the more substantial changes.
