In the end it is your choice really but the thread for the invites states that these users should be signing up at the lysheen forum to ask for their invite.
My personal issue came when I saw all the users signing up here just to get invites for over there. They would leave here, not come back really, and a number of them would hit n run once they got their invite over there. I do NOT support non-support behavior for a site like that.
Hopefully whomever got that invite from you will appreciate and reciprocate as a member over there.

I'm guessing they figure that the audio has been decoded and fully shareable .... just that they cannot find it anywhere no matter where they look. They probably don't read the site rules here very well because they are in such a hurry to snatch things up.
I've also had at least 2 people directed to me by other members here, asking me for lysheen invites. I send them directly to the lysheen forums. That is how it should be for now.
I'm sure the members mean well but there needs to be a boundary in place for this so it doesn't get out of hand. I thought I had done that already. I reinforced it today.
If it continues, I may have to come up with a different strategy as to how and when updates happen and/or where. It is a last resort, I hope.

Just so folks now .... if anyone participating in this thread gets a pm about this stuff, please direct them here. I'm not mad at anyone but I have been getting pm's from new members about getting this audio and they've been sent by other members they've pm'd.
I do NOT do personal requests. What I do is for the community. If we see that enough people are interested I will go searching. Now, the ONLY caveat to this is, for the people who have already been involved. If they ask me about something I will do what I can for them because they have openly contributed to projects or causes here @ OT.
I hope I don't have to revisit this subject again. I have a GREAT support pool here and I will not compromise my relationship with them for my own personal glory or somebody else's.

email confirmation must take a bit as I have not received mine. I'm a patient guy though, LOL.
There are also members who have ponied up for prints for other restorations as well. When I donated my intent was to help save the print and make the restoration happen. To me, that is what counts, for all of us.

Yes. There are folks there that have done vinyl restorations of Star Wars related audio and they WOULD know enough to lead the OP in a good direction.

All I will say is this .....
When ever I have communicated with mverta, it has been nothing but cordial and intelligent. I sent him some additional resource material that he might find use for down the road and I did it, not because I wanted something, but because I believe in what he's doing.
I am a member of the forum over there (I think, lol) been a while since I've been there but I am always happy to read the updates and glean some insight in to what may be when the wind blows right.
Frustration is tough and I do understand completely but if patience is a virtue I'm glad it's a characteristic I'm made up of in some part.

All I want is for people to ask. Even if it costs me a little to procure something I NEVER pass that along to forum members. The hunt is part of the fun for me. It's when people might tell me that I'm going to do it that would stretch my patience thin. Also, I am a little quirky about personal requests for audio when there is no project going. Mind you, if we have the audio available and in synch, I would probably be less likely to groan, LOL.

Seems to me it's going to keep the TCW look as it's a moving forward story. I'm not going to let the "teasers" make my decision for me.
I am happy to wait and see what is ahead. Too bad they couldn't do it ala HBO Spawn animation style .... that could be kinda cool.
