They move Carlson to 8pm. The first person they have him interview is Bruce Jenner.

Gotta admit, that’s a very clever way to discredit the one “conservative” who was gaining traction.

I wonder if the same INTENSELY DEPRAVED SATANISTS who give us NatGeo homo-tranny kiddie-porn and delusional non-miraculous little boy-raper “Jesus” will keep trotting out their vomit-inducing Baphomet horrors until Carlson and Hannity are the most despised A-holes in the little that’s left of this nation.

Why did you quote your own post?

He was channeling his inner Frink.

😉

Which part of “No Fo vs. Frink” is the part you don’t understand?

Shove off and leave me alone. This is the second time I’ve asked you. You don’t have the right to harass people without consequences just because you believe others you’ve suggested have done the same to you should be punished. You have a problem with me referencing something humorously that you’ve done openly and frequently, talk to a mod.

Seems to me that you’re purposely poking the bear, trying to goad him into a response, and when he gives in you say it’s harassment because you’ve asked him to stop. Being left alone is a two-way street, don’t mention him, he won’t mention you, and everyone will be happier for it.

So it’s the final season after all.

Damn, I’m actually disappointed.

Ahsoka should’ve died, but it’s looking more and more like she’ll be brought back, (possibly as a wolf? I sure hope not)

http://www.ign.com/videos/2017/04/21/how-ahsoka-thrawn-and-x-wings-play-into-star-wars-rebels-final-season

At 4:24 in the video:

“You’ll see something of Ahsoka in someway again. We’ll have to see what form that takes… Reminds me a bit of what we did on Mortis…”

This may be the first thing about new-canon that I actively dislike, even hate. I really hope they don’t do it. I don’t want her to ascend to some higher plane of existence with the ability to control a wolf, I don’t want her to be reincarnated into a wolf, none of that shit. She should’ve died on Malachor and it was a mistake that she didn’t.

Some more numbers in the same vein, these are truly astonishing.

Even the majority of Republicans support single-payer health care.

When it comes to the issue of Rey being a Mary Sue, I must say that there is a lot of truth to that statement. I like the Force Awakens a lot but this is one of the films biggest issues for me. And Max Landis pointed out something important to this discussion which is that when criticizing the fact that Rey is a Mary Sue, responding with in-universe explanations as to why she is able to do these things does not help your case. Because the issue is not that it doesn’t make sense within the context of the universe. The issue is the direction that the writers decided to take the character. Could you explain away how Rey beat Kylo? Kind of. But that doesn’t matter because from a writing perspective, it is not smart to have your antagonist be beaten in the first film of a trilogy by a newcomer who just tried out a light saber for the first time. Not to mention how she understands the falcon better than Han (that was just ludicrous), learns a Jedi mind trick on the spot, defeats Kylo in both mental and physical battles etc. Rey simply isn’t written as a character with enough trials and weaknesses to overcome. This is why I am slightly nervous for episode 8. I just do not see much growth for Rey from this point onward.

+1

Although, I still don’t necessarily like the term Mary Sue.

After having an “Easter marathon” my current ranking is

1./2. - Star Wars / The Empire Strikes Back
3. The Attack of the Clones
4. The Clone Wars
5. Return of the Jedi
6. The Force Awakens
7. The Phantom Menace
8. Rogue One
9. Caravan of Courage
10. Battle for Endor
11. The Star Wars Holiday Special
12. Revenge of the Sith

This sort of makes sense if I unfocus my eyes enough to move AOTC down to the bottom.

Also, which TCW are you talking about?

I assume he means TCW, since the older 2D one is technically just CW.

Yes. This approach, the inclusion of more militaristic dialogue and the removal of any references to Anakin as a diminished character makes this edit the most promising ROTS fan-edit since the days of Aalenfae, Cutter and Bob Garcia’s edits.

Yeah, I’m only hoping he does the same for AOTC so that I can have the perfect machete order. 😂

Cut out AotC. It’s doesn’t really add anything, and it’s irrelevant like TPM. Boom perfect machete order* (once this fanedit is done).

*Technically that’s no longer Machete Order, but eat my shorts.

Agreed.

To add on to this, I’m also a little worried. I feel like there’s a lot of things to wrap up and a lot of things I’d still like to see. With this not only being the last season, but a short season, I’m not too confident. Please excuse my stream-of-consciousness ramblings;

IMO Kanan needs to die, but I don’t think they have the “balls” to do that in a show meant for kids. I’m 100% sure that even if they killed off Kanan, Ezra would survive. I think the way to deal with that would be for him to give up the ways of the force and go off into the galaxy.

I don’t necessarily want Thrawn to die, since he was just brought back and it seems like a waste of his character, but they’ll have to explain why he isn’t in the OT.

Ahsoka should’ve died, but it’s looking more and more like she’ll be brought back, (possibly as a wolf? I sure hope not) and then her story will have to be closed again. Having another Jedi/force-user running around the Rebellion doesn’t sit right with me (which is why I think Ezra and Kanan need to be gotten rid of).

I would’ve liked to see more Vader. Ideally Vader comes back just for a bit to fight Kanan, Ezra, and Ahsoka (if she is still alive). Vader kills Ahsoka, and Kanan sacrifices himself so Ezra can escape. This causes Ezra to decide against becoming a Jedi and opt instead to leave the rebellion and get on the bus.

Wife and I watched R1 last night and we agreed it was improved this time around. Basically because we knew what the hell was going on in the first act this time, and the characters grew on us. First time through I didn’t care much at all for the main characters (although I liked K2 and the Temple Guardians) but I thought they were more interesting this time.

I’m inclined to agree.

Most recent thoughts on my ranking:

1- SW (always been my favorite)
2- RO (most like my favorite for obvious reasons)
3- ESB (Yoda, Vader, and Han/Leia romance make this film)
4- TFA (Terrific performance from Harrison, loved Daisy, John, and Oscar)
5- TCW TV series (Many are gonna give me flack on this, but I still stand by it)
6- ROTJ (Hate the pacing still but the Vader/Luke scenes are gold for me)
7- Revels TV series (Like the OT focus and TCW connections, not a fan of the animation style)
8- TPM (Visually the most like the OT, so bad it’s good dialogue, Liam Neeson, DOTF music)
9/10- ROTS/AOTC (ROTS is WAY too much CG and too violent but some compelling scenes, AOTC is technically the worst movie and the ugliest one but has some more “so bad it’s good” dialogue than ROTS)

Not sure if I’d place TCW exactly where you did, but I agree with it’s general placement.
